TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to NRFNEXUS@maritz.com.
Requests received by June 28, 2023, will receive a full refund. There are no
refunds for requests received after June 28, 2023, regardless of when the
registration is received.
Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
Substitutions
All requests for substitutions must be made in writing to NRFNEXUS@maritz.com
and cannot be made after June 28, 2023.
Event format requires all attendees be senior level.
Substitutions must be approved by NRF.
Age Requirement
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to attend.

Payments by Check
If you are paying by check for registration, NRF must receive the check by June
28, 2023, in order to process payment. Contact registration@nrf.com for payment

Sponsor Attendance
This event is exclusive for retailers and sponsors. If you would like to sponsor
this event, please contact Tami Sakell at sakellt@nrf.com.
Press Attendance
NRF NEXUS 2023 is closed to the press.
NRF Membership
Companies that are NRF members receive discounted rates for NRF NEXUS and all
other NRF events. For questions about NRF membership, please contact
membershipinfo@nrf.com.

Hotel Booking Deadline
All rooms must be booked by June 17th, 2023.
Cancellation Policy
First nights deposit will be taken 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made
within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and tax.

stopping list solicitations is impossible. NRF recommends not purchasing these
lists or sharing credit card information with anyone who says they have our
event lists.
