REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY FOR REMOTE SERVICES:

 * For all Remote Assistance Sessions: You must have a functional Internet
   connection on the device you need help with.
 * For Windows Computers: You must have access to either the Windows desktop as
   you would when usually using your computer or access to "Windows safe mode
   with networking enabled" if the system isn't turning on like it typically
   does. Your Computer must be Windows 7 or newer. We cannot assist you via
   remote assistance if your computer Isn't turning on or booting to Windows at
   all.
 * For Android Smartphones & Tablets: Your device must be running Android
   Version 7 or newer, powering on to a usable state, and be able to access the
   Internet.






Note: We do not currently service Apple Laptops or Desktops, iPhones, or iPads
