LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Stephenville Dymond International Airport sits on the unceded traditional lands
of the Mi'kmaq and the Beothuk. We respect the enduring presence, wisdom, and
contributions of the Mi'kmaq people, both past and present, and also hold space
for the diverse histories and cultures of the Innu, the Inuit, and the Southern
Inuit of Newfoundland and Labrador.

As part of this community, we remember it is steeped in the traditions and
cultures of our Indigenous peoples and we commit to fostering understanding and
collaborative support moving forward.

With gratitude, we will listen and learn, build meaningful relationships, and
work towards a more just and inclusive future together on these lands and waters
and those of other Indigenous nations through which we fly.
