Towards that end, we have enhanced our vehicle cleaning processes to include
sanitization of all our vehicles after each rental, with emphasis on common
touch areas, such as door handles, center console, arm rest, and more. We are
also practicing social distancing in accordance with CDC guidelines as well as
state and local mandates. All our team members are either fully vaccinated
and/or tested regularly with future plans to be vaccinated per local health
guidelines. Face Masks or Coverings are required in all parking areas at our

COMPETITIVE PRICING ON VAN RENTALS



Our van rental rates are some of the most affordable you’ll find on the market,
with no hidden fees. We strive to have competitive and easily-understandable
pricing in all of these areas:

No Hidden Fees Policy

It is very important to us that you not only understand how much your rental
will cost, but also that we are upfront with our charges and fees.


NO HIDDEN FEES POLICY

Mileage Charge

Your destination(s) and travel route determine your whether you are eligible for
our unlimited mileage package. If you stay within the States of California and
Nevada during the entire rental period, you qualify for our unlimited mileage
package.
Should you leave either States of California or Nevada, however short of a
leave; you are automatically disqualified for unlimited mileage package, and
your unlimited miles will be forfeited. With limited mileage, you receive 200
free miles per rental day for passenger vans. Should you need more mileage
allowance beyond limited mileage, you can purchase either of below:

Pre-Paid Mileage – More affordable option, where you purchase a pre-determined
number of miles. Please note that Pre-Paid Mileage is non-refundable; whether
used or not. Post-Paid Mileage – Slightly more expensive; however, you only pay
for the additional miles driven.


MILEAGE CHARGE

Rental Day

Our pricing are based on 24hour cycles. This means you will be charged a daily
rate whether you have the vehicle for 9hrs, 17hrs, or 24hrs. You have a one (1)
hour grace-period from your scheduled return time, after which you will incur an
additional day rental charge.


RENTAL DAY

Fuel

You are required to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you
picked it up. Should you return the vehicle with less fuel; you will be charged
the balance at a per gallon rate set daily by State Van Rental.

Coverages

Fees for coverages are listed on our reservation system. It’s important to note
that these fees are daily fees and are charged on the same principal as Rental
Day (see above)

of the extra services/rentals are charged on a daily basis (see Rental Day
above), while others are one-time charge (see optional services for more

Deposit Requirements

If you are renting two or more vehicles, we will need a non-refundable deposit
of 50% of your rental seven days prior to your pickup date. During high season,
we’ll need your deposit fourteen days prior to your rental.

rental car center (short shuttle ride from airport) to take us to their offices.

of the vehicle was even easier. We dropped the van off at the airport and Pete
personally gave us a ride to our terminal at the airport. One of our guys left a
pair of shoes in the vehicle, and Pete made it very easy to coordinate so that

didn’t try to nickel and dime me for add-ons like other larger companies have.
