FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 * * Can I raise a Service Request via email?
     
     No. The Contact Us form allows you to raise a Service Request without
     logging in or registering. If you later decide you want to track and manage
     your support requests, you can sign up for the Support Portal.
   
   * How can I follow up on an existing Service Request?
     
     You can either:
     
      * Reply directly to the confirmation email you received when you raised
        your Service Request.
      * Log in to the Support Portal to track and follow up on your request.
      * Give us a call. Please have your Service Request (SR) number handy.
   
   * Where can I find my Service Request (SR) number?
     
     Your Service Request (SR) number is found in the subject line of the email
     you received when you raised your request. You can also log in to the
     Support Portal to track your request.
   
   * Do I need to sign up for the Support Portal?
     
     No. The Contact Us form allows you to raise a Service Request without
     logging in or registering. If you later decide you want to track and manage
     your support requests, you can sign up for the Support Portal.
   
   * When can I expect a response to my Service Request?
     
     You'll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received your
     Service Request. Please allow up to 24 hours for our team to review your
     request. If your query is urgent, please call us. Local contact numbers are
     available on our Contact Us page.
