WHAT IS OBÉ?

obé is a modern fitness platform designed to cut the guesswork out of working
out and empower women to fall in love with moving their bodies—for good. Take a
quiz to share your fitness goals, and we’ll create a personalized, progressive
at-home workout plan for you to follow (in minutes!). 

Like to do your own thing? Try out 20+ class types across 10,000+ on-demand
classes with options from HIIT, Dance Cardio, and Boxing to Strength, Pilates,
Sculpt, and more. Go for a progressive training program when you’re ready to
learn something new (like Yoga or how to run a 5K) or reset your fitness routine
with a 7-14-day challenge. Plus, explore features like cycle syncing workouts,
class suggestions based on mood, Express options for busy days, and more.  

WHAT DOES PERSONALIZED FITNESS MEAN?

Goodbye, guesswork. We create a tailored fitness plan just for you to follow,
with progressive classes selected specifically for your goals and preferences.
Taking workouts à la carte can help you get into a workout routine and enjoy
some fitness benefits—but to feel and see more substantial results like a change
in your body composition, weight loss, increased strength, or better
stamina—following a progressive plan is key. 

How it works: You take a short quiz and tell us about your workout preferences,
habits, and goals. From there, we’ll curate a personalized class plan that will
auto-populate in your Schedule tab. You’ll always have 2 weeks of progressive
classes, which refresh and update as you go. You also have the flexibility to
move classes around or pause your plan to accommodate your schedule and life! 

WHERE IS OBÉ AVAILABLE?

obé is available only to residents of the United States and Canada. If you live
outside the US or Canada, you can sign up for obé if you have an American or
Canadian credit card. However, certain features like live classes may not be
available.

WHAT CLASS TYPES DO YOU OFFER?

Variety is the name of the game! obé offers 20+ class types for all fitness
levels. No need to feel intimidated—our expert instructors guide you through
every step and offer modifications.

Our class types fall into 4 categories:

 * Cardio classes include: HIIT, Dance HIIT, Dance Cardio, Boxing, Bounce, Jump,
   Ride, Step, Endurance, Run, and Walk
 * Strength classes include: Sculpt, Pilates, Strength, Power, and Barre
 * Yoga classes include: Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Restorative Yoga,
   Breathwork, and Meditation
 * Activate/Recover classes include: Warmup, Cool-down, Stretch, and Foam Roll

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

obé classes are designed for all levels, so many of our workouts are designed to
be done with your body weight—just filter by “no equipment” in our class
library. You can always level up with resistance loops, dumbbells, ankle
weights, and sliders. Some of our newer class types involve extra equipment,
such as a bike, jump rope, or kettlebell. 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW CLASSES TO THE ON-DEMAND LIBRARY?

New on-demand classes are added daily! We like to keep it fresh around here.

WHEN IS OBÉ LIVE?

We live-stream classes 6 days a week. Check out the live schedule—automatically
adjusted to your time zone—for exact class times. Pro tip: add them to your
calendar for a reminder ahead of class! 

HOW DO I STREAM OBÉ CLASSES?

You can stream obé on your web browser, the iOS app, or the Android app. The
bigger the screen, the better the experience. We’re compatible with Chromecast
and Apple TV (more on how to stream to your TV here). 

Please note: obé is not compatible with your Smart TV’s web browser.

CAN I SHARE OBÉ WITH A FRIEND?

Yes! You can share a 30-day Guest Pass with anyone who’s not (yet!) an obé
member. 

CAN I TAKE CLASSES OFFLINE? 

Going somewhere without WiFi—maybe an exotic travel destination, camping
getaway, or somewhere quiet and remote? Perhaps you’ll spend some time abroad
outside the U.S. or Canada? obé members can download and save up to 30 on-demand
workout classes directly to their obé iOS app, thanks to offline mode. Read how
to add them to your library here. 

DO YOU OFFER PERSONAL TRAINING?

We do! With obé Personal Training, you can get one-on-one coaching from your
favorite instructors. They’ll work with you to level up your personalized plan
based on your goals and check in with you via chat. This is the perfect way to
get extra accountability and support in your fitness journey.

DO YOU OFFER CYCLE TRACKING AND CYCLE SYNCING RESOURCES?

Of course! With Collections like Working Out On Your Cycle, cycle tracking, and
insights, there are tons of tools on obé to help you get more in tune with your
body. 

HOW CAN I CONNECT WITH THE OBÉ COMMUNITY?

Join the conversation and tap into daily fitness tips, tricks, and educational
resources on the obé Instagram. You can also connect with obé members outside of
class in our private Facebook group. 


FAQ ABOUT OBÉ MEMBERSHIP

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP?

An obé membership allows you to tap into your personalized class plan, which
always includes 2 weeks’ worth of progressive workouts. You can also tune into
live classes and enjoy unlimited access to a library of 10,000+ classes
on-demand with new content added daily. Programs, Challenges, and obé
Collections are all included!  Plus, explore features like cycle syncing
workouts, class suggestions based on mood, and Express options for busy days.

Members also get access to obé smartphone and TV apps, audio-only and offline
classes, a weekly members-only newsletter, progress tracking tools, and more. 

WILL MY MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY RENEW?

After starting a free trial, you’ll automatically be billed for the membership
plan you selected (monthly or annual) after your trial period unless you cancel
prior. Both annual and monthly memberships will automatically renew unless you
cancel before your next billing cycle.

HOW DO I APPLY A PROMO CODE?

When signing up, after you’ve selected a subscription plan, enter the code in
the box that says ‘Gift or Promo Code.’

Promo codes are only valid for new membership subscribers at the time of sign-up
on www.obefitness.com.

CAN I SWITCH MY SUBSCRIPTION FROM MONTHLY TO ANNUAL?

Yes! You can upgrade to annual and join the Level Up Club at any time, Once you
switch your membership plan from monthly to annual, you will automatically be
charged a prorated annual membership fee. The amount is determined by
subtracting the unused days from your current monthly billing cycle. Please note
you may only downgrade your membership plan from annual to monthly when you are
within 30 days of your renewal date.

WHAT’S THE BENEFIT OF AN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP?

Besides saving on your membership (with annual, you pay $14.17/month instead of
$24.99/month—that’s 43% less!), you’ll also be able to access exclusive classes
like Level Up Club Stacks, plus enjoy special offers and discounts from our
partners. 

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP PLAN?

If you created your account on our website, head to your account settings:

 * Sign in to your account
 * Select your initials, located in the right-hand corner of the menu
 * Select ‘Manage Subscription’
 * Select ‘Annual Membership’
 * Select ‘Save Changes’

If you created your account within the iOS app, head to your Apple subscription
settings:

 * Go to your iOS settings
 * Select your name, located at the top of your settings page
 * Select ‘iTunes & App Store’
 * Select Apple ID (your Apple ID email)
 * Select ‘View Apple ID’ and sign in to your Apple ID account
 * Scroll down to Subscriptions and select ‘Manage’
 * Select obé; under options select ‘Annual,’ then press confirm

If you signed up with our Android app, head to Subscription settings:

 * Open the Google Play app on your phone or visit https://play.google.com from
   a web browser
 * Navigate to ‘My Subscriptions’
 * On the App: At the top left, tap the profile icon, tap ‘Payments &
   Subscriptions,’ then ‘Subscriptions’
 * On the Web: Click ‘My Subscriptions’ in the left Nav Bar, then select the
   subscription you want to change
 * Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’
 * Once your subscription has ended, open the obé app and log into your account,
   then select your new subscription plan

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?

If you created your account on our website, you can update your payment
information on account settings. Sign in to your account on
http://www.obefitness.com, select your initials on the upper right-hand corner
of the menu, then ‘Manage Subscription.’ Scroll down to update your billing
information under the ‘Change Credit Card’ section.

If you created your account within the iOS app, you are billed by Apple through
your iTunes account. If you created your account within the Android app, you are
billed by Google through your Google Play account.

HOW CAN I ACCESS COPIES OF MY RECEIPTS?

Sign in to your account on obefitness.com and navigate to the ‘Manage
Subscription’ page under your profile settings. From there, you’ll see an option
for ‘Billing Details.’ Receipts remain available for the duration of your active
membership.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

You can cancel your membership at any time! Sign into your account on
www.obefitness.com, navigate to your subscription settings under your profile
(look for your initials in the upper right-hand corner of the menu), select,
‘Manage Subscription,’ then scroll down to follow instructions for canceling
your subscription. This is not accessible on the app.

If you created your account with Apple or Google Play, you’ll need to cancel
within your Apple or Google Play subscription settings. Please note that
deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

After canceling your subscription, you’ll continue to have access to your
account until the end of your current billing period. Canceling your
subscription will not provide refunds.

TECHNICAL FAQ

HOW CAN I IMPROVE MY STREAMING QUALITY?

If you’re tuning in from the app:

 * Confirm you’re using the latest app version: Log out of the app version
   you’re currently using, delete it from your phone completely, and then
   download the latest version from the app store.
 * Confirm you have the latest operating software on your phone. Older software
   versions can cause compatibility issues that can affect streaming quality.

If you’re tuning in from the website:

 * Clear your browser cache: You will typically find controls to clear cached
   images and files in the ‘history’ or ‘clear browsing data’ sections of the
   browser settings menu.
 * Update your browser version: Older browser versions may have settings or
   other compatibility issues that prevent you from streaming video or audio
   content.
