Highly recommend the Mansfield branch
Sold my property before it was even posted online. When Lauren came to valuate
my property, she was very easy to talk to, made me comfortable to talk business
and really showed she cared on a personal level unlike some estate agents I
dealt with. Amber has also been amazing with all the further completion of the
sale. These guys definitely are not the cheapest out there... But they know damn
well how to operate efficiently and definitely are not the most expensive out
there Perfect middle ground for someone that wants to get "stuff" done and
doesn't mind not cheating out. At the end of the the day, selling and moving can
be stressful so bairstow has been worth every penny!

Excellent service from Bairstow Eves (Wollaton).
The staff at the Wollaton branch have all been both welcoming and reassuring
during what is inevitably a potentially stressful process of buying and selling
a property. They kept us informed of developments at all stages and were
particularly patient with our occasional panics! Sincere thanks to Claire and

Good service from bairstowe but do not use conveyancing Direct
We dealt with two staff both were amazing. Joe dealt with all of our viewings
and his communication and support was outstanding. Then Marcus dealt with the
sale it was a rough experience due to solicitors but Marcus took this all in his
stride was very supportive and worked tirelessly to get solicitors talking.
Thank you. I would strongly recommend bairstowe stop recommending people to use
conveyancing Direct solicitors as they were absolutely useless which reflects
badly on bairstowe. This adds extra stress on their staff and stress to clients.

Sold within 2 weeks. They know their market
We left another agent that was telling us to reduce asking price by 25k within 2
weeks of going on the market which is simply insane. This team took over and not
only got above the asking price but they did this within 2 weeks of having the
property on their books and with just one open house. Service was quick,
reliable and professional. They did not charge extra for photos, floor plans or
videos unlike some agencies and they certainly know their market and clientele
well. Would strongly recommend.
