OUR STRATEGY

Kel Capital is a fully integrated private equity firm based out of South Florida
with a heavy focus on Land acquisition, E-Commerce, and commodities along with
many other investment vehicles. We are not your average equity firm, as we
strive to deal personally, ethically and most importantly transparent and
direct. We are first and foremost the people's people and often roll our sleeves
up to make every situation work for Buyer, Seller, Investor or Partners.

Owners and Sellers often show great appreciation in how Kel Capital structures
each deal custom to their needs. Our goal is that everyone's a winner when it
comes to acquiring or liquidating an asset. We are for the people first.

Kel Capital acquires assets with the full understanding of short and long term
perspective with a keen sense of a natural ability and patience to withstand
various market cycles.

The team at Kel Capital go through every stage of land purchasing: Underwriting,
acquisition, site rezoning/planning, legal components, environmental
assessments, architectural planning and so much more. More importantly, the
relationships we build with Sellers and Owners of these assets are real,
personable, and are friendships that we build for years. We do our best to
accommodate every Seller with the right structure that fits best for them.


MEET OUR TEAM

The Team at Kel Capital are made up of experienced Real Estate minds that span
across the United States. They are made up of a group of sophisticated land use
attorneys, environmental engineers, established architects and creative finance
masterminds who all come together to create and assess long term investments
today for tomorrow's future. The members of Kel Capital have been involved in
the purchase and sale of hundreds of residential properties since 2001. In 2010
the team at Kel Capital turned their focus to acquiring multi-family properties
all across South Florida adding value and improving the integrity of the
structures and quality of their tenants' lives. In recent years, key members of
Kel Capital have focused on land acquisition and development.

Kel Capital has a sharp eye for targeting specific assets that will become part
of their long term portfolio and increasing the overall neighborhoods
revitalization is truly a talent they have built over many years. . The Team at
Kel Capital has received governmental approvals on hundreds of multifamily units
for residential and commercial development projects and has substantially
increased not only the quality, but the home values of surrounding neighborhoods
in which the local community have shown great gratitude towards him.

The Team at Kel Capital like to roll up their sleeves, brainstorm and create
long lasting relationships with Tenants, Landlords, Sellers, Owners, Colleagues

RECENT PROJECTS


MODERN MIAMI

This large acreage property was rezoned and approved to allow for the
development of over 300 multifamily apartment units. Located in South
Miami-Dade, this project was unanimously approved by the Commission and the
community in the surrounding neighborhood applauded the development approvals.
This project will consist of multiple modern, 3 story buildings with a
clubhouse, pool, gym, and plenty of parking. The need for new multifamily
housing has never been needed more in this part of South Florida as more and
more folks have been moving away from the clutter of urban-core Miami and into
the beautiful suburbs that were once only for single family home use.
