WELCOME, I'M KRISTINA

Hi there! I'm a passionate and dedicated bilingual Registered Mental Health
Counselor Intern and founder of KMR Therapy. Thank you for landing on my site. I
offer client-centered and personally tailored psychotherapy services for those
living in Florida. My role is to empower and support individuals of all
identities along their healing journeys. It takes courage to reach out for
support, and finding a therapist who you feel connected and safe with through
this process is so important. That is why I always offer a complimentary 15
minute phone call where we can get to know each other better and discover if we
might be a good fit. A SAFE SPACE, TO PROCESS, UNDERSTAND AND OVERCOME MENTAL
AND EMOTIONAL OBSTACLES As a mental health therapist, I aim to meet every
individual where they are and guide to a healthier and more fulfilling life by
increasing their awareness, empathy, self-regulation, and resilience.
