Dear Greeley Resident,
We want to hear from you. The City of Greeley is conducting a survey to help
determine art, culture, heritage, park, recreation, natural area, trail, and
golf priorities. These items contribute significantly to our quality of life in
Greeley, and your opinions are very important to us.

The City’s Park and Recreation Department is comprised of six major divisions
(Culture, Golf, Island Grove, Natural Areas and Trails, Parks, and Recreation)
that together manage over 300 acres of parks in more than 40 locations, 2,000
acres of natural areas and over 30 miles of trails, the Island Grove regional
park, two golf courses, four museums, the Union Colony Civic Center, five
recreation facilities, four pools, and multiple splash pads as well as hosting
and promoting festivals, a farmers’ market, and public art throughout the
community.

We appreciate your time and realize this survey will take approximately 15-20
minutes to complete. Each question is important. The time you invest in
completing this survey will aid the City in taking a resident-driven approach to
recreation planning to enhance our community and improve the quality of life for
all residents.

Your response to this survey will remain confidential and will be reported in
group form only. At the end of this survey you will have an opportunity to
opt-in to receive a chance to win one (1) $500 prepaid Visa gift card for fully

Queremos escuchar de ti. La ciudad de Greeley está realizando una encuesta para
ayudar a determinar las prioridades de arte, cultura, patrimonio, parques,
recreación, áreas naturales, senderos y golf. Estos artículos contribuyen
significativamente a nuestra calidad de vida en Greeley y sus opiniones son muy
importantes para nosotros.

El Departamento de Parques y Recreación de la Ciudad está compuesto por seis
divisiones principales (Cultura, Golf, Island Grove, Áreas y Senderos Naturales,
Parques y Recreación) que en conjunto administran más de 300 acres de parques en
más de 40 ubicaciones, 2,000 acres de áreas naturales y más de 30 millas de
