GUIDELINES TO USE THE APP

OPEN AND UTILIZE THE APP

Woaah !! You found the most suitable App for finding the location of your loved
ones from any mobile phone. Please follow the steps below to start utilizing the
App.




 1. Feel free to access the App through one of the following methods.

 * Open this page from your mobile phone and Click on the YELLOW button below.

OR

 1. * From any Dialog mobile phone, dial #780*775#




 2. You'll be given a menu to subscribe, press "1" and send.




 3. There you have the chance to select your Language (English / සිංහල / தமிழ்).

And go ahead...



CLICK ON THE BUTTON BELOW TO OPEN THE APP FROM YOUR MOBILE PHONE



EASY.. EASY... VERY EASY....




CHOOSE AN OPTION

Yaaay...!! You completed the first step. Now you are able to see the main menu.
You could select any of the following options from there.




 1. 🔍 Find

Find the location of any person (your friend / family member / partner) and get
the address and the location of the place they live right at the moment you
search.

 2. 👫 Friends
    
    1. ➕ Add Friend

You could add a friend into your friend list to search them faster. You will
also be added in their friend list as a connection. This is a two way friendship
as known as connections.

 2. 2. ❌ Remove Friend

If you remove a friend from your friend list, then you will also be removed from
their friend list, but still they could search your location if they have your
current PIN number or Username.

 3. 🔢 Show My PIN-Number

If you forgot your PIN number or Username, you can view your current
PIN/Username from this option.

 4. 🔀 Change PIN-Number

You could change your PIN number to another attractive PIN number or you can
migrate to your favorite Username you use in other social media platforms.

 5. 🉑️ Change Language

You could make English, සිංහල, or தமிழ் your default language to view content of
this application in your preferred language. And also, you will receive SMS
messages in the selected language.

 6. ⛑️ Help Me

Find the tips from this option for the problems you face while using the App. We
have included solutions for the most common problems you may face while using

P E R F E C T !



FINDING A FRIEND'S LOCATION




This is the most interesting part !

You could search the location of any person who has shared their PIN number or
username with you. You could either add them as a friend or just keep
remembering the information they shared with you.

If you add them as a friend, you don't need to remember their PIN number or
username whenever you want to search their location. Adding a person as a friend
will add yourself as well in their friend list. You could simply select a friend
from your friend list and search their location.

If you do not add a person as a friend, you will have to remember the PIN number
or username of the person to find their location when needed.

You will receive your friend's location in the format of one of the following
examples:

 * Kamal is now at Railway Ave, Colombo.

 * Lahiru was in the Colombo area about 10 minutes earlier.

 * Dasuni is now within 150 meters to Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia.

 * John was within 200 meters to Ananda Coomaraswamy Mawatha, Colombo during
   last 7 minutes.



ADD/REMOVE FRIENDS




When you want to add a new friend, you will be asked the PIN number or the
username of the new friend. Also a nick name will be asked to add them into your
friend list with an identifiable name.

So that, you will be able to see your friend list similar to the following list:

 1. Kamal (kamal-silva)

 2. Lahiru (5641)

 3. Dasuni (daz.jaya)

 4. John (john-k)

 5. peter-parker

 6. 6867

Please remember, that your PIN number or username will be added as a friend in
your friend's friend list as well without a nick name (until your friend adds
you as a friend with a nick name).

The 2nd friend in the above list, is a friend who uses a PIN number other than a
Username. The 1st, 3rd, and 4th friends are using a Username. The 5th and 6th
friends were automatically added into the list without a nick name when that
friend has added you as a friend. 5th friend is using a Username and 6th friend
is using a PIN number.

Remove:

You could also remove a friend by selecting a friend from your friend list.
Removing a friend will also remove yourself from their friend list.



MOVING FROM YOUR PIN NUMBER TO AN ATTRACTIVE USERNAME




We know that you love to use your own username in social networks. Here we
provide you an option to move from your PIN number to a memorable and attractive
Username. There you could have an available username in this network and share
it with your loved ones. But remember that, you will lose your username if you
unsubscribe from this service after the 30th day of your unavailability.



CHANGE YOUR PREFERRED LANGUAGE ANYTIME..




When you get registered with this service, you will be asked at the very
beginning to select your preferred language to use the system. You can also make
the selected language, your default language for this application by responding
"Yes" to the next confirmation after selecting the language.

Also you could use the 'Change Language' option in the main menu to change your
default language anytime.

Please note that, by changing your default language, not only the App content,
but also you will receive SMS messages in the default language selected.

Following are the supported list of languages:

 * English

 * සිංහල

 * தமிழ்



READ 'HELP TIPS' FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE




There can be problems or confusions while using any application. Therefore, at
the moment we have added the following solutions for the most commonly faced
problems by the users.

 1. Block a specific person from finding your location.

To block someone who has your PIN-Number, follow the steps below:

 * First, remove the friend you need to block.

 * And then change your PIN-Number to a different number or a username.

You will not be found again by the people you removed before changing your
PIN-Number.

You will still stay on other friends profile along with your new PIN-Number.

To add the blocked person back in your friend list, you could simply add that
person as a friend, or share your new PIN-Number with them.

Also you could change the PIN-Number back to the old one and share the old
PIN-Number with them.

 2. Temporarily deactivate your profile.

If you do not want to allow any person to find you on this network until further
notice, you could temporarily unregister from this service by sending the SMS
"UNREG DEC" to 77177. Your PIN-Number or Username will stay yours until 30 days
after deactivation.

You will lose your PIN-Number or Username after 30 days of deactivation.
