ISSUE/INTRODUCTION

Learn how to request access for additional Site ID on the Broadcom Support
Portal.

Note: Site ID access requests are reviewed and processed by Customer Care within
24 hours.

RESOLUTION

If you are an existing Enterprise User with at least one Site ID, you can
request additional Site ID access by following these steps:

 1. Log in to the Broadcom Support Portal https://support.broadcom.com/.
 2. In the upper-right profile drop-down menu, select Request Access.
    
    
    
    
 3. Select the Support Site ID tab and click the Request Access button. 
    
    
    
    
 4. Enter the Site ID you'd like access to, update the Additional Information
    section, and click Save. 
    
    

 

Your Site ID access request will be submitted to any existing User
Administrators and Broadcom Customer Care for review.
