ABOUT CLOCKTOWER APARTMENTS

Some of our apartments maintain the original character of our heritage building
and some have not yet been renovated however they do offer a value stay in a
central location close to the city. For guests seeking a more modern experience,
we recommend booking our Executive Apartments. These recently renovated spaces
blend modern comfort with spacious interiors, ensuring a comfortable stay.

At the Clocktower Apartment Hotel, our dedicated team aims to provide a warm
welcome for all our guests. We value your feedback as we strive to continuously
improve our guest experience and services. Some recent innovations include:

 * Laptop Stand Each apartment has a Laptop stand for guests using laptops to
   protect them from using healthy postures and working efficiently.
 * Extra Amenities We offer all guests extra amenities including a toothbrush,
   toothpaste, hair combs, and slippers.
 * Green Energy Our hotel is a proud participant of the green energy program,
   which includes:
   * Energy efficient LED lights.
   * Solar power across selected apartments (continuous progress).
   * Energy efficient electrical hot water system across all viable units.
   * Water efficient shower heads.

STAIRS & LIFTS

For public areas such as the stairs and lifts, maintenance is the responsibility
of the Building Management. While we do our best to keep them clean, please
contact our team at Reception for assistance or to advise of any problems with
the lift.


PARKING

Our hotel offers convenient & secure undercover car parking, with a maximum
height limit of 2m and a nightly fee of $18.00. Please acquire a guest parking

top condition. Have stayed at the Clocktower regularly for the past 5+ years,

'cause the Clocktower is offering top quality accommodation & service again. Our

Great location, easy access to Lygon Street. The two bedroom apartment was
great, two fairly large rooms separated by the bathroom, a great set up for our
stay.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. The apartment size was very good -
large enough to accommodation 4 adults and 1 child comfortably. Beds were
comfortable. Easy access to Lygon St which was fantastic. Staff allowed us early
check in and were lovely to deal with. To our surprise the room was very quiet

The location of these apartments is fabulous! They are dated and need
refreshing, however it is still value for money. We stayed in a 2 bedroom
apartment which was very comfortable and quiet. It had all the basic amenities
and was spacious. Super close (walking distance) to a heap of restaurants and
supermarket options which was an added bonus! The service by staff was
outstanding and exceptional. Very professional and super friendly. We were
greeted warmly and were given all the information we needed and upon checking
out, we still received fabulous service.

Only stayed for one night. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The unit
was spacious and well laid out, but could do with a lick of paint and a general
facelift to take it up a notch. Overall very happy with the experience for an
inner city well located sleepover and able to take a family of 4.
