Reminder to do your Vitality health checks
We reward members for managing their health through Vitality. Our Group Risk
PayBack Benefit creates value for members who remain healthy by maintaining
their Vitality status.
 
Members are rewarded for: 

 * Leading healthy lifestyles— as measured by their Vitality status.
 * Being healthy — as measured by their key health measurements from the
   Discovery Wellness Experience or Vitality Health Check.
 * Their total amount of health claims for the year.

We have attached a Group Risk PayBack Brochure to provide more information on
this benefit and the qualifying requirements.

In order to receive your PayBack benefit, please ensure that you attend a
Wellness Experience or complete your Vitality Health Checks, which can be
conducted at our Discovery stores or virtually, before the end of December
2023. 

Important note: If you have already completed your Vitality health checks you do
not need to take any further action.
 
PayBack payments will be made at the end of the first quarter of 2024 to members
who qualify for Group Risk PayBack Benefits.
