What are technology providers required to do to join the program?

 1. Host a review-sourcing widget on a publicly accessible web page that allows
    all customers to both read reviews and write a review.
 2. Commit to review-sourcing best practices as defined by Gartner Peer
    Insights.
 3. Select a senior-level decision maker who submits a program Agreement Form,
    reiterating the organization’s commitment to sourcing reviews through
    defined best practices.

What does joining the program represent for technology providers?

Joining Customer First represents a commitment to ensure that every user of the
provider’s products or services will have an equal opportunity to share honest,
unbiased feedback, regardless of whether it is positive or negative.

Are Customer First badges unlocked when a technology provider joins the program?

Yes. A technology provider gets a badge is unlocked next to its name as soon as
they participate in the program and meet the requirements.
