For over 10 years, we have been engaged in the production of semi-finished and
finished metal components using the method of bending pipes and profiles.




We are leaders in the CNC pipe bending industry. Our machinery park, equipped
with tools for bending, laser cutting, forming, and tube processing, enables us
to manufacture even the most complex components.




We provide our customers with specialized knowledge and experience-backed advice
in designing and redesigning details. We are capable of quickly creating
prototypes and then commencing mass production.

Sample Achievements

Cooling System Coil with a 18mm Diameter

We fabricated a seamless tube coil for the bus cooling system. Due to the
absence of welded connections, the product doesn't require leak testing.

Pomogliśmy klientowi w stworzeniu projektu, usprawniliśmy produkt pod kątem
produkcji, a następnie wykonaliśmy łącznie z wykończeniem powierzchni.



STAINLESS STEEL THREADED ELBOW WITH A 42MM DIAMETER
WE REPLACED A PRODUCT CONSISTING OF FOUR SEPARATE WELDED ELEMENTS, WHICH WERE
CHECKED FOR TIGHTNESS.




Car rack made entirely of one element

We helped the client redesign the detail, thanks to which we produce it from one
element, which allowed us to eliminate as many as four production stages
(welding, cutting, cutting and grinding)

Stainless Steel Cooling Tube for Welding Equipment, 3.8mm in diameter.

Due to the unusual dimensions and the need to bend in three planes, we were the
only company in Poland that undertook the production and successfully produces
the element.
