Because of Covid restrictions, the seating is restricted. To be able to seat
everyone before we start, please come early to Konsert & Kongress.

Doors open at 12:15.

EAT BEFORE THE EVENT!


Food and beverages: Free coffee and muffins. No lunch or dinner is provided and
you can't buy food at Konsert & Kongress. Make sure you eat lunch before.

How to get in: At the door, provide us with your name and you will be checked
in. You will be given a pin to put on you. To enter the event arena or the
building you must show your pin.

EXPLANATION OF EVENT IN HOPIN


Stage: This is the video stream from the main stage at the event.

Sessions: During the two breaks on the main stage you can choose between several
sessions. These sessions are only online.

Networking: During the two breaks on the main stage you can network and meet
other attendees.

Expo: Here you find info and offers from our partners.

Replay: If you missed something or want to watch it again.



TICKET


When you registered in Hopin, we sent you a ticket to the same email address
that you registered with. If you have seen it, please check your spam folder.

The ticket will be sent out once again on Friday, September 17.

Linköpings centralstation is located a five minute walk from Linköpings Konsert
& Kongress. You can go with both SJ and Snälltåget from direction of Stockholm
or Malmö.


BUS


Check out Omio for Stockholm ↔ Linköping and Flixbus for several other
destinations.

HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES DUE TO COVID 19


Due to Covid 19 and the national restrictions we at Warp Space Summit have made
sure to take extra precautions to ensure everyone’s safety and health at the
event. Please take a few minutes and go over this information as well as follow
the guidelines and instructions of our staff.

Please keep a safe distance from the other guests at all times including when
entering and exiting the venue.

Keep in mind that due to the recommendations entering the venue might take a
little more time and arrive early if possible.

We have provided hand sanitizer throughout the venue for your use.

The main program takes place in the Crusell Hallen. Due to the 300 person limit
and restrictions for safe distance between parties (1 meter) there will be
assigned seats. Please use these marked seats. Use your closest displayed exit
for exiting the hall and avoid crowding.

Do you want to enjoy a cup of coffee or something to eat? Please sit down at the
assigned tables when you do so to avoid crowding.

Reminders of the recommendations can be found throughout the venue. Thank you so
much for following these and for helping us make our future in Space come
sooner!

And finally if you have any symptoms, please stay at home! You have the option
of seeing the whole event online through the Hopin platform.
