What is the Heavy Mug?

The Heavy Mug is a rugged coffee mug inspired by gym equipment. Crafted for
fitness warriors who want to infuse strength and resilience to their daily
rituals.

Only the real titans can handle the weight of this HEAVY artillery. 

If you are looking for a soft cheap cup for your pleasant early mornings, you
are in the wrong place.

How heavy is the Heavy Mug?

The Heavy Mug masterfully walks the line between heft and handling—solid to the
grip yet manageable in action, varying by model. It’s engineered for those who
seek to meld strength training with every sip.

Tipping the scales at an initial 16 lbs (7kg) , it dares the burgeoning beast
within to demand more. With its patented adjustable form, you can decide the
weight, adding 2.5-3.5kg with each barrel, offering models ranging from a solid
8 lbs (3.5kg) to a beastly 33 lbs (15kg).

How much liquid does it hold?

There are two options for most models.

Decide yourself if you value more the weight or capacity:

enough muscles for heavier weights, you can always order more cylinders later.

The sizes are approximate, with very slight adjustments possible before
production. Numbers are rounded for easier readability.

What materials are used in the Heavy Mug?

The Heavy Mug is made of food grade stainless steel, durable and heavy material
that is forged to last, ensuring the mug remains a faithful companion for
lifetime – your children and grandchildren.

Where are the Heavy Mugs manufactured?

Rox Heavy Mugs are all manufactured in Europe and USA.

Is the Heavy Mug dishwasher safe?

Yes, however not recommended.

When will the Heavy Mug be shipped?

Shipping dates will be announced shortly after the presale concludes. We will
likely start first shipment in the end of May or earlier, should we forge our
preparations ahead of schedule.

Your patience is greatly honored, and we are commited to deliver your Heavy Mug
in time.

Be advised, if you’re marking calendars for a specific date, do not order.
Production takes time, so does shipping. 

How can I track my order?

Upon dispatch, you’ll be signaled through email with the coordinates of your
Heavy Mug. We will send out items depending on the region and customization.

What is your return policy?

Should the Mug break due to raw material defect we’ll deploy a replacement part
to your front.

Since this is a presale, withdrawals or returns are not in our battle plan,
unless the unforeseen occurs and we fail to send out your stronghold.

What you’ve eyed is what you’ll receive, though minor tweaks—be it in packaging,
stylization, coating, slight adjustments in the weights—may occur. The reason is
because manufacturing products in bulk is different from prototyping. Rest
assured, we are professionals.

Do I have to pay additional import taxes in Europe?

No. Customers shipping to European Union countries are NOT required to pay
additional import taxes. This is because we have established a distribution
partnership within the EU, ensuring a seamless delivery process.

Are international orders accepted?

Indeed. Our campaigns stretch across global borders.

How many items are produced?

Production quantities vary by model and are limited. While we typically do not
produce additional units beyond the initial batch, we reserve the right to
adjust production limits as necessary during or after the pre-sale period.

Is there a limit to how many Heavy Mugs I can order?

Boundaries do not exist in our realm! Seize the opportunity to amass your
arsenal subject to availability. 

Who is behind The Rox Company?

The trademark and patents are licensed to and owned by Index LLC.

Are discounts available?

The item offers a fair value ratio in comparison to the material and
manufacturing cost.

However, if price is a concern, we can propose a few alternatives:

1) Processing the payment directly via bank transfer/WISE  instead of using the
Stripe processor, which incurs a 2%-5% fee.

2) European customers purchasing for a company (with VAT nr), VAT exclusion is
possible.

3) Customers outside of EU and US can opt to pay for shipping themselves once
the item is dispatched. This approach avoids payment processor fees and the
potential for double taxation on shipping.
