A Very Nice Stay
This was my second stay here and just as good as the first. I sold my home in
Las Vegas, so I needed a place to stay during and after closing. This is an
older hotel but has been kept up well. It is very clean and in good proximity
for shopping and dining, I had a bit of a problem with the toilet, but
maintenance man Tim took care of it very quickly. The front desk staff were .and
very helpful. Especially Frank, Nate and Erin. Breakfast every morning was quite
good. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel's Favorite

Awesome service and very clean hotel
Excellent service. All staff os great. Kudo’s to Naomi, Ana, John, and Frank for
going the extra mile. They provide daily fresh breakfast. Did I mention how
great the staff was? I was here for a commercial real estate event and proximity
to Realtor Association building was convenient

Awesome Customer Service!
We were fortunate to have the best customer service at the front desk. Frank was
extremely helpful. We were in town for surgery at the nearby hospital , and not
sure how many nights we need to stay. Frank helped us schedule the reservation.
He is an excellent employee. We would be happy to come back again if we get to
deal with Frank.

Vegas visit!
Rooms are very well maintained and comfortable. Staff was attentive. Friendly
Greeting from front desk Erin and Frank! Breakfast with a variety of hot and
contintal serving. Workout area was busy at times yet plenty of equipment to wok
with!

Horrible Manager
The manager refused to come out of the back to talk to me. I still have issues
with billing and points being issued to the correct rewards card that have not
been resolved. Also, there is significant noise from the airport.

Clean and Safe
Very nice hotel, hospitable and clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
They offer a free breakfast in the morning (eggs, meats, toast, yogurts, coffee,
milk, juices & more). The outside area is well lit and doors to lobby are locked
at 8pm. Someone is in the lobby and the small market inside is open 24/7. The
hotel is also centrally located with lots of businesses and restaurants in the
area. I will definately stay again.

F1 races.!
Very very nice and friendly highly recommended we have stay here several times
and always clean not to fart from the Vegas Strip so if you looking for a place
to stay stay at this Holliday inn highly recommend!!

Cleaning
3 days didn't change towels and bed asking to have housekeeping and they say its
already gone
Like we can clean it tomorrow and so on for two days in a row, citing the fact
that there is a do not disturb sign on the door, but I called and asked to clean
it, they didn’t even knock to find out and in front of the entrance there is a
sign that cleanliness is the main thing for them the manager and the guy at the
front desk are very arrogant and rude remembered them from last time I think the
staff could use some training work with people

Nobody at the front desk September 23 2:00 am
We arrived at 2:00 am to check in and nobody was at the front desk , we’re
calling to the custumer services number and nobody pickup the phone , we’ve a
reservation in advance this is crazy , how custumer have to pay a lot mnoney to
stay in Las Vegas is Saturday September 23 and there is not custumer services

amazing stay
Frank R. helped us out right from the beginning of checking us in and was
nothing but helpful. He went above and beyond to fulfill our needs while at our
stay. The rooms were very nice and clean and housekeeping was very friendly and
on top of things at all times. Beds were comfortable and AC worked great as
well. Also they have make up wipes in the bathroom already which was super
helpful as i really was in need of them right when i entered the room. Overall
had a great experience and had great customer service.
