INTRODUCING INTERTEK INFORM - THE NEW NAME FOR INTERTEK SAI GLOBAL STANDARDS

Following our acquisition by Intertek, we are excited to announce that we have
updated our branding to reflect the combined strength of SAI Global Standards
and Intertek, introducing Intertek Inform. From the 29th of January 2024 you
will see our new logo and brand across all communication channels including
social media and emails.

As a leading distributor of standards, Intertek Inform provides Standards and
Regulatory solutions to facilitate market access. Our collection of 1.6 million
Standards from 360+ publishers ensure our customers are informed with the
technical and industry knowledge they need, getting them faster to market. 


We provide access to information via innovative technology platforms that enable
the use of Standards information within workflows and across geographies.

brand, while aligning with our goal of providing users with access to the
standards they need for a competitive advantage. You will also notice new fonts

WHY HAVE WE CHANGED OUR NAME?

Following our acquisition into Intertek Group PLC, our new brand Intertek Inform
will help us align with our desire to strengthen our growth and reaffirm our
commitment to helping companies easily access the Standards and Regulatory
solutions they need.


WHAT WILL CHANGE?

Our new brand logo reflects an alignment with Intertek’s globally recognised
brand, while aligning with our goal of providing users with access to the

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE NEW WEBSITE?

WILL THE NEW BRAND CHANGE ANY OF OUR STANDARDS MANAGEMENT OR REGULATORY
PRODUCTS?

No, the user experience and functionality of all our Standards Management and
Regulatory products will remain the same. You will notice the change to the logo
and brand colours.


WILL INTERTEK INFORM CONTINUE TO OFFER THE SAME SERVICES AS INTERTEK SAI GLOBAL
STANDARDS?

Yes, we are still dedicated to providing the highest quality service and product
to help you navigate your Standards and Regulatory requirements. In addition to
these services, you will also have access to Intertek’s wider product offering
including Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification.


WILL OUR BUSINESS ENTITY NAME, ABN AND BANK DETAILS CHANGE?

No, while our trading name is changing to Intertek Inform our business entity
name SAI Global Australia Pty Ltd, our ABN 14 144 974 087 and banking details
will remain the same.



The same will apply to our Regulatory Services, our trading name will change to
Intertek Inform but our business entity ANSTAT Pty Ltd, ABN 15 115 133 152 and
banking details will remain the same.
 

All invoices will continue to reference our existing ABN’s and banking
information so no changes should be necessary to vendor supplier or accounts
payable systems. 


DOES THE CHANGE IN BRANDING TO INTERTEK INFORM AFFECT MY CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
WITH INTERTEK SAI GLOBAL STANDARDS?

No. Contractual agreements will remain the same and unchanged


WILL MY SAI GLOBAL INFOSTORE USERNAME AND PASSWORD CHANGE?

No, your login credentials remain the same.


WILL YOUR CONTACT DETAILS CHANGE?

The contact phone numbers for our Customer Service teams will stay the same. The
email addresses for our Customer Service teams will be updated, the details
are:

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE WATERMARKS ON STANDARDS?

Licensing and watermarks will remain the same for existing documents –
Watermarks moving forward will reference both the relevant regional entity name
(SAI Global Australia Pty Ltd/ILI Limited/ILI Infodisk Inc) and our trading name
Intertek Inform.


HOW DO WE ACCESS PREVIOUS PURCHASES?

Previous purchases will be accessible via your account on the website, simply
login and search your previous purchases
