AGENDA

 * Web Survey
   * We have the survey built and we want QIAGEN to start testing the survey out
     with a clickable link. This will allow us to get approval on the survey so
     we can order the translations.

     . Approval on the web survey in English is needed by 3/8.
   * Due to the addition of the IVR survey, I've pushed the launch dates out to
     around 3/28. This may change depending on how quickly we can get through
     the build and testing.




 * IVR Survey
   * The IVR survey draft was approved by Kevin on 3/1. We have a ticket in now
     to start the build process. The hopes are to have this ready for client
     testing by 3/13 and have it approved by 3/15.
   * How many digits will the unique ID be. Last week we were thinking of 5. We
     will need to know for sure so we can order the voice recordings since
     that's part of the greeting.




 * Email Invite
   * The invite containing the IVR number was approved by Kevin on 3/1.
   * We are still waiting QIAGEN to set up the From domain so it can be added
     and provisioned on our side. Kevin has been in contact with the team
     responsible for setting this up. He will keep us updated.
   * John has access now to the sFTP to upload the trigger file when ready.




 * Data Dictionary/Trigger file
   * John is working on the file. We need to have the final approved file by
     3/3.
   * We need to have a unique ID in the trigger file to identify the person
     taking the phone survey. This can be something like account number but must
     be all numbers, no letters.
   * We will need an identifier in the trigger file for the customers in the
     United States. The email invite that will be sent out with the phone number
     will only be sent in English and to people within the US.




 * Hierarchy/Users
   * The hierarchy is built now so all we need to complete this is the users
     list. User list is due by 3/8.

DISCUSSION

 * We discovered that emails with links are getting blocked by the QIAGEN
   firewall. Kevin and John are going to work with their IT to get that
   resolved. In the meantime I can add links to a notepad and upload them to the
   FTP in the 'TempFiles' folder.
 * I gave John and Kevin the link to test the web survey in the Zoom chat. I
   also have it on a notepad file on the FTP.
 * IVR will use a 5 digit code to access the survey. This code is included in
   the approved trigger file.
 * John passed the final approved trigger file so we can now start building out
   Workflow to process the file.
 * Kevin gave us approval on the IVR survey draft as well as the email invite
   containing the phone number on 3/1. We will start building the IVR survey and
   request the voice recordings now.
 * Kevin is still working on getting the From domain created. He is going to
   have an update to us by 3/6.
 * Kevin will have an update and possibly an approval on the web survey testing
   on 3/6. Once we have that approval, we will order the translations and finish
   the web build in the other languages.
 * We have the launch date as March 28 as of know. We can bring that date in
   sooner if we can get through the testing and approvals in the next couple of
   weeks.
