CHECKBOX BOUNDARY NOT VISIBLE IN COMPLETED DOCUMENT
I cannot see checkbox boundary in a signed/completed document. Only “X” can be
seen in the selected box. I can’t also see any option to change format in
properties. Could anyone help?

DOCUSIGN SIGNATURE
When I receive an email on a docusign form, it does not show my signature. It
just says “Docusign” in cursive. I thought that it might just be that I haven't
signed into my account. So I log in but when I open the file from my email it
still shows the docusign signature. Please advise.

USERS UNABLE TO SIGN AGREEMENTS UNDER OUR DOMAIN
Hello, My organization is locked out from signing 3rd party documents after our
enterprise account contract expired. When logging in to sign an agreement, they
are met with a SAML SSO login error or if they attempt to create an account
under our domain they get a generic error message. (Screenshots below) We have
already deleted the Docusign Enterprise SAML App on the Azure side and removing
the TXT record from our DNS record. This was done when we originally claimed our
domain for Docusign use. After reviewing documentation, we believe our account
was never closed out correctly. We never withdrew the claim to our domain,
unchecked Prevent unmanaged signups, or unchecked required SSO login with our
Identity provider (Azure AD). Since our account is closed out we cannot login to
change these settings retroactively. Now our domain is associated with a closed
out account that cannot be logged into and docusign support has only provided
generic answers about disabling SSO and contacting IT

IDENTITY WALLET ON WINDOWS WITH USB SECURITY ONLY (NO PIN, NO FACE RECOGNITION)
I can use passkey for DocuSign login with PIN or face recognition. But when I
try to save my ID Wallet with passkey it gives only one option: USB security
key. (No pin, no face recognition) My console shows this warning:
“publicKey.pubKeyCredParams is missing at least one of the default algorithm
identifiers: ES256 and RS256. This can result in registration failures on
incompatible authenticators. See
https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/main/content/browser/webauth/pub_key_cred_params.md
for details” And that seems to be the reason. publicKey.pubKeyCredParams for
DocuSign login defines -7 (ES256) and -257 (RS256), whereas
publicKey.pubKeyCredParams for the ID Wallet passkey defines only -7 (ES256).
That leads to Windows giving only the Security Key option for the ID Wallet
passkey. Is this intentional? I hope it is not. If it is, it should be mentioned
in the documentation.

DOCUSIGN EMBEDDED REDIRECT ISSUE (NEW USERS) - HELP NEEDED!
Hi everyone, We're facing a bit of an issue with DocuSign embedded signing in
our project (uses .NET backend and Angular frontend). The issue is with how new
users are redirected after successfully signing a document for the first time.
Subsequent attempts work just fine. Here's what's happening: Expected: After
signing, new users should be redirected to our configured URL:
https://client-portal-dev.azurewebsites.net/deductions Reality: On the first
attempt only, new users are redirected to:
https://client-portal-dev.azurewebsites.net (without the "/deductions" part)
We've double-checked and our redirect URL is definitely set correctly in
DocuSign. Anyone else encountered this before? Any pointers on how to resolve
this would be much appreciated! We need to make sure new users land on the
intended URL after their first signing experience. Thanks in advance for any
help!

DOCUMENT VISIBILITY TO INTERNAL & EXTERNAL FOR MULTIPLE DOCUMENTS
i have 2 documents Document X - to be signed by A, B & C (internal) Document Y -
to be signed by C (internal) & D (external) Only C is able to view Document Y as
reference to Document X because C is the signatory for both document X & Y. The
visibility check box is greyed out for document Y for signatory A & B because
they are not the signer i supposed. How can i enable them to view Document Y
even though they are not signer? Thanks.

Hello, I am receiving this error on a French Gov site, which I need to
electronically sign a document.error I am getting:------------------------Your
signature is not valid: The summary was signed with a foreign certificate
outside the EU and whose certification authority is not present among those
defined in the eIDAS trust lists. Your signature is therefore not considered
valid since we cannot find the certification authority of the certificate used
among the eIDAS trusted lists. We invite you to contact your signature provider
in order to have a compliant
signature.---------------------------------------What is strange is your company

HOW ARRANGE FORWARDING OF ENVELOPE?
I’m sure this has been answered somewhere alread but thank you again for your
responses. I want to send an envelope with several documents to sign. I’m going
to send it to just one person (an administrator) who will then forward the
envelope onto several other people to complete with their signatures. Can you
recommend a video tutorial on how to do this? I’m having difficulty

My role is to review and approve all documents and forward to president with
recommendation for signature. I cannot tell whether my attempt to approve will
result in me unintentionally signing the document. Docusign seems based on
simplistic idea “Click here, and you’re all done!” The real world is more
complicated.

I am trying to do what I always do the last years... Received on my email a word
doc which I want to open directly through DocuSign...sign it and share it
through WhatsApp...HAVE DONE THAT HUNDREDS of time literally.Only that last time

I have a document that needs to be signed by two parties but they share one
e-mail address how do I go about the easiest way? I have been sending it out
once to one of the parties then when I receive it back I change the name of the
signer to the other person and resend it again. This makes a two step process is
there a way just to do it in one step? Can the envelope be sent out to two
people on one e-mail? Would they not just receive it once?

Hello We have rare cases where we need to indicate the time of signature (hours,
minutes, seconds). We do not want to change the date signed setting to include a
timestamp in all cases, as this is the exception to the rule. One solution would
be to refer to the certificate of completion, but this doesn’t indicate seconds.
Is it possible to include seconds in the certificate of completion timestamps?
If that isn’t possible, what alternatives are available, either for a user-level
or per-envelope setting to include timestamps, or to create a custom field which
includes date and time?
