   Answer: Please bring your photo ID, insurance information, a list of current

   appointment.

   Answer: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us at +1
   343-478-1009, at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees and to
   allow other patients the opportunity to book that time slot.

   Answer: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the
   nearest emergency room immediately. For urgent but non-life-threatening
   issues, please call our clinic to see if a same-day appointment is available.
