the users' interaction with the brand.

tasks designed to engage and enrich their experience with the brand, all while
maintaining full ownership of their data. Our ecosystem is an all-encompassing
"digital passport" that bridges connections across Web2 and Web3 while ensuring
that users always have control of their data.


ABOUT THE JOB

 

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role at our company.
You will be responsible for all digital marketing operations. The Senior Digital
Marketing Manager will develop a successful, next-level digital marketing
strategy and vision. You'll direct our digital marketing efforts toward success.
You will create and manage our Digital Marketing strategy and shape the offering
being built for our target audiences in both Web 2 and Web 3 spaces. You will
understand our target audience, segment them, position our product, and define
targeting strategy, working alongside the product, business development and tech
teams.

 


RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager at our company, you will:

 

 * Establish the end-to-end digital marketing capabilities and strategy that
   align with the needs and goals of our business.

 * Lead the implementation of these capabilities, such as media planning and
   buying, search, conversion rate optimization and data analytics to support
   future business growth.

 * Working alongside cofounders, business development team, and product team to
   establish a best-of-breed approach to marketing technology.

 * Lead the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns focusing on
   optimization.

 * Design and coordinate PR campaigns and promotional materials across a variety
   of channels.

 * Plan and manage various Web 2 and Web 3 user acquisition campaigns.

 * Organize, plan, and oversee the following executions:
   
   * Content marketing
   
   * Social media management
   
   * Community management
   
   * Press relations
   
   * Event coordination

 * Create a product marketing strategy for our products with a strong value
   proposition to ensure product-market fit among our target audiences, driving
   product uptake and adoption.

 * Use marketing research, competitive analysis, and insights from our community
   and other sources to map the ecosystem, uncover deep customer needs, and
   define product positioning and targeting.

 * Leverage data and customer insights to recommend current and future growth
   opportunities, including new functionality, new distribution opportunities,
   and improvements.

 * Own the creation of demos and other product-oriented marketing assets and
   non-technical educational materials, such as blog posts, videos, user cases,
   demos, and content for the website and the community.

 * Bridge the Development team's technical knowledge and the Marketing team's
   soft skills to create compelling narratives that drive adoption.

 * Work with the cofounders to articulate key messaging for audiences.

 * Plan and produce thought leadership, press, and partner engagement events.

 * Track and report content and communications program results and metrics.

 * Build and manage a Marketing team to support the company's growth needs.

 


REQUIREMENTS

 

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

 

 * Extensive experience implementing and working with marketing technology.

 * Experience in the implementation of data and analytics strategies.

 * Experience in media planning and buying, lead generation and acquisition
   strategies, targeting all internet users. 

 * Experience in leading teams and working with a wide range of stakeholders –
   including public relations, brand and technology

 * 5+ years of experience in digital marketing for Web2 and Web 3 B2C companies.

 * Deep experience setting marketing and go-to-market strategies.

 * Inquisitive mindset, with awareness of current market trends.

 * Exceptional storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills.

 * Great design and data sensibilities.

 * Strong track record of delivering excellent media results.

 * Competent in working in a fast-paced environment.

 * Maintain open lines of communication; collaborate with other teams and
   suppliers.

 * Keen understanding of data analysis methods and market research.

 * Application of digital marketing techniques and strategies across a variety
   of channels.

 * Leadership, creatively and analytically; prior experience managing remote
   teams.

 * Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).

 * Organized and self-aware of what you do not know. We do not hold a lack of
   experience against you. It is, however, a requirement that you have the
   willingness to learn quickly and nimbly.

 * Publicly represent the company - public appearances, interviews, and
   podcasts.
