SMART Integrated Portal (SIP) is a new externally facing portal to HUD's SMART
system, in which Partial Claim loans are serviced. With an account, Borrowers,
Servicers, and Third Parties can view loan information, request payoff amounts
and begin the subordination process.

What is an FHA Case Number?
The FHA Case Number is a unique 10-digit number assigned to a Borrower's Loan
File.
An FHA Case Number can often be found in the following formats on your recorded
Lien, with or without the dashes:
 * 555-5555555
 * 555-5555555-703
 * 703-555-5555555
 * 203-555-5555555

When entering the FHA Case Number on SIP, please use the 10-digit format (e.g.
555-5555555).
Do not use the 703 or 203.
Where can I find my FHA Case Number?
If you do not know your FHA Case Number, please reach out to your mortgage
servicer to obtain this information, along with your loan amount.
* SIP Tech Support cannot provide information regarding your FHA Case Number or
loan amount.

What is an FHA Case Number?
The FHA Case Number is a unique 10-digit number assigned to a Borrower's Loan
File.
An FHA Case Number can often be found in the following formats on your recorded
Lien, with or without the dashes:
 * 555-5555555
 * 555-5555555-703
 * 703-555-5555555
 * 203-555-5555555

When entering the FHA Case Number on SIP, please use the 10-digit format (e.g.
555-5555555).
Do not use the 703 or 203.
Where can I find my FHA Case Number?
If you do not know your FHA Case Number, please reach out to the borrower's
mortgage servicer to obtain this information, along with your loan amount.
* SIP Tech Support cannot provide information regarding your FHA Case Number or
loan amount.
How do I request a Payoff Letter for a FHA Case Number that is not listed?
If you are unable to find the FHA Case Number after typing in the full 10-digit
number, please select the "FHA Case Number not listed" option to request access
and request a payoff for that loan simultaneously. Please note that as a
third-party user, you will be asked to provide a copy of your third-party
authorization for the FHA Case Number.

SMART Integrated Portal cannot provide any information related to the following
loan programs:
 * Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM)
 * Section 235 Mortgages (235 Insured)
 * Asset Control Area (ACA)
 * Emergency Homeowners Loan Program (EHLP)
 * Good Neighbor Next Door (GNND)
 * Hope For Homeowners (H4H)
 * Nehemiah
 * Purchase Money Mortgage (PMM)

WHAT IS MY TPA?

As a third-party user, if you choose to request access to an FHA, you must
provide a copy of your third-party authorization for each FHA Case Number you
are requesting access to.
What is a TPA?
A third-party authorization is a documentation showing legal authorization,
signed and dated by the Borrower, with a statement identifying the party to whom
it is approved to release information.

WHAT IS MY LOAN AMOUNT?

The original amount of the Partial Claim Note or Notes. If you do not know the
claim amount, please contact the loss mitigation staff at your mortgage servicer
for assistance.

WHAT IS MY SERVICER ID?

If you do not know your FHA Servicer ID, please speak with your management to
obtain it.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED FOR FHA CASE ACCESS?

As a third-party user, you have the option to link your account with FHA Case
Numbers during account registration. This step is optional and can also be done
after your account has been created.

The following information is required to request access to an FHA Case:
 * A valid FHA Case Number
 * The original amount of the Partial Claim Note or Notes. If you do not know
   the claim amount, please contact the borrower's mortgage servicer.
 * A copy of your third-party authorization for this FHA Case Number

SMART Integrated Portal only accepts Partial Claim loans at this time.
