SHIRLEY INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY SELLS FOR $9.25M

By: David Winzelberg November 2, 2021 Comments Off on Shirley industrial
property sells for $9.25M

An industrial property in Shirley has traded for $9.25 million in a
sale/leaseback deal.

Port Washington-based BEB Capital purchased the 62,000-square-foot industrial
building on 6.35 acres at 44 Ramsey Road.

BEB is leasing the property to Frank Lowe, a supplier of rubber products, for
the next five years. The property had been owned by Warco LLC, a real estate
entity affiliated with Frank Lowe, which will now continue to operate at its
long-time Shirley location.

In business for more than 65 years, Frank Lowe supplies a wide variety of
non-metallic sealing and protective products, including gaskets, glass
separators and packaging foam.

Jordan Baruch and Matthew Kucker of Colliers International represented the
buyer, while their Colliers International colleagues Jason Maietta, Tommy
Rosati and Brandon Lichtenstein represented seller Warco LLC in the sales
transaction.
