the EU Taxonomy Regulation, ensuring legal certainty for investors and
companies.

Sustainability Reporting This initiative proposes to amend the Non-Financial
Reporting Directive, putting in place a transparent framework for sustainability
reporting for companies with over 250 employees or listed companies in the EU.

Next deadline: JURI Committee decision to enter into interinstitutional
‘trilogue’ talks was announced in Plenary on 23 March, 'trilogue' meetings
expected to follow More from Policy Development Tracker Financial transparency –
single EU access point for company information This proposal aims to establish
by 2024 an online European Single Access Point (ESAP) for public financial and
sustainability-related information about EU companies. The ESAP is key to the
initiatives for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, the Corporate
Due Diligence Directive, and the European Green Bonds Regulation currently in
development, as it offers access to relevant information on European companies.
