GEG GEONEER

Continuing our legacy of geothermal design and construction based on predecessor
IP Assets from building 16 power plants for national utilities.

GEG Geoneer provides innovative engineering for clients to optimize new plants
at the design stage and to retrofit plants already in operation.

Geoneer's most recent work includes projects in Iceland, Croatia, Chile, Kenya,
South Africa and Saudi Arabia.


GEG GEOSLEEVE

Continuing our legacy of innovation GeoSleeve is our newest and most exciting
work as part of the Milken-Motsepe Prize in Green Energy.

2023 we completed the world’s first field test of thermoelectric generation by
low temperature geothermal.

2024 we already followed with the world’s highest capacity field test of
thermoelectric generation by geothermal.

Geosleeve is now commercializing with deployments in Iceland, Africa, Europe and
the United States.


GEG GEOCOOL

Geothermal is a global resource that can provide clean baseload electricity and
direct uses for industry and communities. This highly efficient approach is a
critical path to both net zero carbon and climate adaptation.

Geocool's focus is innovating Agricultural Storage and Food Security through
stronger and greener Cold Chains. Combining absorption chillers with practical
expertise in low temperature geothermal, GEG Geocool originates stand-alone cold
storage and co-location at existing facilities with residual heat.


GEG RESTRUCTURING COMPLETE

Following an extended corporate transition, all GEG restructuring was finalized
by December 2023.
A refreshed Group has started 2024 with operating companies GEG Geoneer, GEG
Geosleeve and GEG Geocool.

We are now supported with strategic direction and centralized management by GEG
KE Ltd. and GEG Asset Management Corp. alongside streamlined governance and
shareholding.

LATEST NEWS

New Projects launch with joint ventures, low temperature and repowering strategy
(April 2024)
Following several months of co-development work, GEG Geoneer has agreed joint
ventures with local partners to originate projects in several new sites. With a
focus on shallow wells, medium enthalpy geothermal will be directed to power
generation and lower enthalpy into Geocool controlled atmosphere facilities. A
repeat of the GEG success repowering Bjarnaflag in Iceland is also coming to a
new set of power plants in need of some love. Further details will follow, watch
this space!

Milken-Motsepe Prize in Green Energy Finals debuts World's First
Geothermelectric Panels
(February 2024)
As part of the Finalist Round of the Milken-Motsepe Prize in Green Energy in
South Africa, the GEG Geosleeve Team generated power for the full 24-hour
competition with judges and audience in attendance. Optimization from earlier
field tests led to the newly designed "Geothermelectric Panel" and another World
First for GEG.

has moved forward on commercialization with new projects in South Africa and
Kenya.
