TTS products are extensively used to guide and control paper, foil, film, tape,
plastics and rubber on a roll or reel. in fact any material on a roll or reel
that is processed through an automated machine can have its tension measured and
controlled.

When used in a closed loop control system the measured signals can be used to
regulate the speed of the drive, brake or clutch thereby ensuring constant
material tension throughout the process.

TTS Systems also works with Roll-2-Roll Technologies, with their next generation
sensing and control solutions for the converting industry. The range includes
web edge and width measurement sensors, inspection sensors, and a variety of web
guiding solutions for many different converting applications.
