At RIT Certified, we're deeply committed to workforce development, and we pride
ourselves on delivering impactful results. Today, we're excited to share some
noteworthy achievements, including our success in delivering Surface Mount
Technology (SMT) training to L3 Harris. Additionally, we've forged strategic
partnerships in critical workforce sectors, such as healthcare, construction,
cybersecurity, IT, and advanced manufacturing, with esteemed organizations
across the Finger Lakes Region.

Let's start with our venture into SMT training at L3 Harris, a prominent name in
the aerospace and defense industry. They sought specialized skills in SMT, and
we were determined to meet their requirements and challenges head-on. Through a
meticulous and customized training program, we were able to elevate the skills
of L3 Harris employees, enabling them to proficiently handle complex electronics
assembly, which, in turn, boosted operational efficiency, accelerated aerospace
component production, and reduced downtime and errors, ultimately enhancing
their competitive edge in the industry.

   efficiency, and excellence within the construction industry. We are
   developing tailored training programs that align with these priorities.

 * Cybersecurity: In the realm of cybersecurity, we have established a robust
   partnership with Security Risk Advisors to deliver cutting-edge training.
   This equips professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to address
   evolving threats in the digital landscape.

 * IT: Our IT training initiatives cater to the ever-evolving tech industry,
   ensuring individuals stay up-to-date with the latest developments and remain
   competitive in their careers.

 * Advanced Manufacturing: Through collaboration with Micron, we are creating
   training programs that foster innovation and excellence in advanced
   manufacturing, preparing a highly skilled workforce for the demands of modern
