JESSICA CUNNINGHAM

Jessica Cunningham is Director Provider Partnerships at Blue Cross and Blue
Shield of Minnesota and has 10 years on provider side with Population Health
strategic oversight. She is highly skilled in overseeing value-based contract
negotiation, clinical care management initiatives and clinical model for a
health organization, accountable care organization (ACO) payer partners,
clinically integrated network (CIN) partners, and preferred business partners. 

As a data-driven and collaborative Population Health Operations and Analytics
Executive with a clinical and business background, Jessica is known for building
and enhancing positive relationships with strong emotional intelligence, leading
teams to identify revenue and cost saving opportunities, and skillfully
prioritizing dynamic business needs. She leverages her analytical skills to
identify trends and proactively alert executives of potential issues or
opportunities, sets clear direction and program cadence for staff handling.
Areas of expertise include population Health data and analytics, payer
contracting, financial analysts, payer auditing, and TCOC contracts.


SONJA PEDERSEN-GREEN

Sonja Pedersen-Green is an Associate Partner at McKinsey who focuses on
value-based care, quality improvement, government payers, and payer-provider
collaboration. Prior to joining McKinsey, Sonja was the Head of Strategy and
Innovation at NovuHealth (now Icario), worked in Strategy and M&A at Cargill,
and worked as an Analyst and Team Lead for the US Government Sonja has an MBA
from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business and an A.B. from
Middlebury College. Sonja lives with her husband Alex in Minneapolis. In her
spare time, she enjoys surfing, cooking, and hiking. 


GREGG GORDON

Former Senior Vice President - Network and VBP
VillageCare

Gregg Gordon has been a managed care professional in the NYC market for three
decades primarily addressing the provider-payor paradigm.  He has held executive
leadership positions at small and regional health plans and has focused on
provider network development and curation, value based programs, operations,
strategy, business development, and more.  Gregg also worked on the provider
side for nearly a decade in the employ of Northwell Health, Select Medical
Corporation, and others, and along with stints working for neutral third
parties, he has an informed view of the key stakeholders including the intended
beneficiaries of the parties’ collective efforts:  members and patients.  Most
recently, he founded a consulting firm that advocates for independent provider
organizations in their respective payor relationships.  Gregg holds an MBA from
Baruch College/Mount Sinai School of Medicine and a BA from Stony Brook
University.  He is also a competitive endurance athlete with 360+ races
completed including 160+ triathlons with four of them at the Ironman distance.


VANESSA BRUNER

Vanessa Bruner has over a decade of experience delivering new products to
market, crafting product strategy, and identifying new business opportunities
across industries notably within the enterprise healthcare and pharmaceutical
sectors. Vanessa has worked across engineering, product, and marketing domains
and prior to joining Verato spent nearly 7 years at athenahealth, the nation’s
largest cloud-based services solution for medical groups and health systems. At
Verato, Vanessa is dedicated to driving growth across the provider, HIE, and
payer markets.
