national competition of bartenders organized by the Campari Academy and that
aims to promote the mixability of Campari through the preparation of cocktails,
bringing as its main bias the life storytelling of each bartender and his
relationship with the world of cocktails

Ethereum ($ETH).

For tier 3, at a fixed value, Campari wants to make it easier for beginners to
get in and will accept payment via PIX as well as Ethereum ($ETH).

How to access the exclusive community of 'The Campari Blockchain'?

After the purchase, the NFT holder will be granted access to the exclusive
Telegram community within the user space.

Where will the proceeds from the NFTs sale go?

The main goal of 'The Campari Blockchain' program, including this 1st
collection, is to promote the art of cocktails and support the community of
bartenders in Brazil.

Consequently, at the primary sale* 85% of the proceeds will go towards
developing this community: 60% to the Campari Academy fund, which aims to bring
training, information, and inspiration to bartenders all over Brazil, and 25% to
the bartenders who inspired this collection.

The remaining 15% will go to the artist who designed the collection (9%) and
platform management costs (5.99%).

On the secondary sale**, there will be a 10% commission to the Campari Academy
fund.

Campari does not profit from this project. The 2 real objectives are to build a
genuine community of cocktail lovers and support the cause of bartenders.

* Primary sale = original sale, done on the platform for NFTs of tiers 1 and 2 -
on the platform or at Opensea for NFTs of tier 3** secondary sale = resale of
the NFTs, done on existing marketplaces such as Opensea

What is the validity of the benefits and specifically the trip to Italy?

The trip to Italy has a fixed date (November 15-21, 2022, to Milan) and must be
redeemed till October, 14th of 2022. The trip includes business class airfare, 4
overnight stays, and unique experiential immersion into the world of Campari and
Mlan.

All other products/experiences can be redeemed from October 2022 through October
2023.

NFTs are unique digital collectibles that allow you to digitally determine an
asset's authenticity and ownership.

NFT, an acronym for 'Non-fungible Token', is a kind of digital certificate, a
type of identity, a signature that authenticates the originality and uniqueness
of a digitally typed item. Which can be an image, music, game cards, memes,
designer projects, manuscripts, photos, videos, messages, or even a social
network post.

Token is a crypto asset, a digital asset registered on a blockchain that can be
bought, sold, or exchanged.

In other words, NFT is a digital item that guarantees ownership of an exclusive
asset that no other person has. Thus, NFTs make the item unique in the world,
generating interest among collectors and investors.

What is a digital wallet?

Digital wallets are tools that act as a bridge between blockchain and dApp
(decentralized applications). This means digital wallets are the primary way to
store your crypto assets.

You can monitor your funds, transaction history, and security options with a
wallet.

There are several types of digital wallets. Campari uses the Ethereum network to
record the ownership of all digital assets and tradable items so you would need
an Ethereum wallet (such as Metamask or Torus, for example)

How do I get a digital wallet?

When you make a purchase or bid, and don't have any wallet already, you will be
asked to fill in your email address linked to your digital wallet. If you do not
already have one, a new Torus wallet will be automatically created after you
fill it in.

Can I pay with PIX?

In case you are not yet familiar with the blockchain and cryptocurrency
universe, there is no need to worry as you can login, make your purchase via PIX
and then our platform will automatically create a digital wallet for you,
already connected to the blockchain.

If you already have a digital wallet like Metamask (or similar) and want to pay
with crypto, that's fine too! The 'Alchimia di Campari' collection is deployed
on the Ethereum network and can be purchased with $ETH.

I lost my digital wallet. What happens to my account?

If you lose access to your wallet, you will lose your NFTs.
Therefore, remember to always keep your wallet recovery passwords in a safe
place.

Can I transfer NFT to another digital wallet?

Yes, you can. It can be any digital wallet, it can be yours or from another
person (as a present for example).

Can I sell my NFT?

Yes, you can sell your NFT at any time. In this case, the NFT will go to a
secondary market within a marketplace and you will be able to sell it. You can
sell it on different marketplaces, such as Opensea or Rarible for example.

Can I purchase from other countries?

Yes, there are no limitations, nor frontiers to purchase NFTs. In case of the
'Alchimia di Campari' collection, the only territorial limitation is connected
to benefits use (redeem of benefits and execution of the experiences on the
Brazilian territory).

My NFT has a restricted validity 'expires' ?

No, NFTs don't expire. It is owned by its holder, without time restrictions.

Can I print my NFT?

The current resolution do not allow printing, but the NFT can be used as a
profile picture or for other digital applications.

In case of the tier 1 and 2, the holders will receive a physical frame (A2 size)
of the art (shipment restricted to the Brazilian territory).
