When I joined Ethos, I was keen to see the practicality of running and managing
a startup, managing and mitigating risk and I am glad to say that my

aspects (both regulatory and compliance) pertaining to Ethos as a startup, the

Fresh out of university, where my mind was filled with only engineering and
classwork concepts, I was motivated to join ETHOS to find a workplace that could
create a balance between real-world experience and school knowledge. ETHOS
provided me with a practical, real-world education that went beyond the
classroom- one of my best professional decisions.

I was exposed to diverse concepts, from IT proficiency to event management and
teamwork. Under the guidance of my supervisor, I understood the importance of
clear communication, reliability, creativity, dynamism and problem-solving in
the professional world. Today, these skills and experiences continue to
