01Corn Flakes Production Line

Corn flakes production line, from the material to the finished product, it is
automatic.
As the product has two special processing processes, screw extrusion and high
temperature baking, it has a crisp taste and pure grain aroma, which can be used
as snack food or as substitute food for brewing; It can be mixed with other
dried fruits and nuts, or independently packaged as the final product for sale.
At present, some famous brands such as breakfast cornflakes and fruit cereals
that are highly welcomed by consumers are produced and processed by this
process.

02Fortified Rice Production Line

The fortified rice production line is independently developed by our company. It
uses twin screw extruder to process large Rice noodles into nutritious rice, and
uses broken rice as raw material to save costs. The process of this fortified
rice production line starts from the big Rice noodles, which is stirred by the
flour mixer, and then goes through the conveyor to the twin screw extruder for
ripening. It is cut into the shape of rice grains, dried by the hot air drum,
and then transported through the blower to the dryer for drying. The moisture of
the product rice is removed to make it dry and increase the shelf life.

03Modified Starch Processing Line

The modified starch/pre gelatinized starch processing line selects corn starch,
cassava starch, potato starch, etc. as the main raw materials according to
different product requirements. After adding an appropriate amount of water, the
starch undergoes denaturation through the high-temperature and high-pressure
inside the extruder chamber and the shearing effect of the double screw on the
material. New functional groups are introduced into the starch molecules or the
size and particle properties of the starch molecules are changed, Thus, the
natural properties of starch (such as thermal viscosity and its stability,
freeze-thaw stability, gel strength, film-forming property, transparency, etc.)
can be changed to make it more suitable for certain application requirements.

04Core Filling Snack Production Line

The core filling snack production line uses various natural grains such as corn,
rice, oats, and wheat as the main raw materials, and adopts a double screw
extrusion puffing process to produce grain puffed food bars. This production
line can produce cereal bar, chocolate filled, and other products by changing
the production process. It can also be used to produce directly puffed snacks,
and there are electric and gas drying machines available for selection. The
drying machine can be designed reasonably according to the production capacity;
Seasoning equipment includes single drum seasoning machines, double drum
seasoning machines, and weighing double head octagonal seasoning machines.

05Fish Feed Making Machine

The puffed fish feed making machine is an industrial automatic production line
that uses various grains or animal products as the main raw materials to produce
puffed feed. This production line adopts a twin screw extrusion production
process, which utilizes the high temperature, high pressure, and shear force
during the extrusion process to cause the starch and animal and plant proteins
in the raw materials to undergo ripening and denaturation. Then, the extrusion
shape can be adjusted by changing the mold; The extruded product is then
screened, dried, sprayed, and cooled to produce a puffed pet feed product.
Compared to non puffed feed, this type of product has advantages such as easy
chewing, easy digestion, high nutrient absorption rate, and light weight; It is
often used in the production of aquatic floating and suspended feed, cat and dog
