HIGH VOLTAGE CABLE & CONNECTOR FOR EV AND HEV

This cable consists of Cross-linked PE insulation for its core and sheath, and
is suitable for the application where both, high voltage and thermo-stability

HEAT PIPE/HEAT PIPE ASSEMBLY

Heat pipe is a heat transfer device which uses the latent heat of evaporation
and condensation to achieve high thermal conductance with a small temperature
difference. Fujikura can provide cooling modules consisted of heat spreaders,
heat sinks and fans.

SEAT BELT REMIND SENSORS

Seat sensors are used to detect if the occupant is on the passenger seat or not
to know if usage of seat belt is necessary.
Using thin film base material allows less roughness on the seat surface.
Membrane structure permits high antistatic electric detonator.
Printing in the special ink allows no flammability.

POWER MOSFET MODULE

Power MOSFET module controls the blower motor speed of the air conditioning
system. Fujikura designed and developed a high thermal conductivity heat sink
which enables to lower the element temperature by more than 20 deg.C in 150
deg.C condition.

ILLUMI-ARRAY

Fujikura provides two types of illumination devices named "Illumi -Array" and
"Illumi-Rod".

METAL CORE CERAMIC SUBSTRATE

Metal core ceramic substrate "Fujimetax" is the ceramic circuit board based on
Fujikura developed steel core material with very stable mechanical and thermal
characteristics.
Alkali free crystallized glass coating over the steel core enables an extremely
high temperature sintering process which resulted in cost effective thick
protective coating for printed circuits. "Fujimetax" is suited for various
usages which require a high thermal strength.
