cancel. Appointments cancelled with the 48 hour window are subject to a $15 fee.
Within 24 hours a fee if 50% of your scheduled service is due. No show/no calls

I originally went to bombshell and was seen by the owner Melinda's employ since
she was on maternity leave. Melinda did my hair and chemically burned/cut chunks
of hair......enough to fill a grocery bag. Never in my life have I lost hair
like that or even had any issues. My profile was saved from my first visit, and
assuming the owner would be the best I was so wrong. As the hair fell out in
clumps she said it was fine because my hair was thick and she would buy me a
wig. The damage was irreversible and so was the customer service. To bruh this
off and then basically make the customer feel that a grocery bag of hair was
okay is unacceptable. I paid full price and tipped accordingly. This was a
scarring incident to watch every brush stroke just pull every strand out it
came.in contact with is unbearable to watch. Not only dis I lose half the hair
on my head the color was atrocious.
