CAN'T REMEMBER YOUR USERNAME OR PASSWORD? To retrieve your username or password details to log into the management console, you must first let us know if you usually log in with an email address. Is your username an email address? Yes No You've either joined Cloud Services using your own email address, or you have an existing Telstra or Bigpond account. Use the following links to retrieve your username and password. Retrieve username Reset password MY ACCOUNT FOR BUSINESS If you're a Telstra Business customer with access to My Account, retrieve your password below. I have a business ID. I don't have a business ID. YOUR TELSTRA TOOLS FOR ENTERPRISE If you're an Enterprise customer with access to Your Telstra Tools, retrieve your details below. Retrieve username/password. DON'T HAVE A USERNAME AND PASSWORD? EXISTING TELSTRA CUSTOMERS Request a username and password if you're an existing customer without online access. Or contact your account executive on 1300 835 787 for additional support. NEW TELSTRA CUSTOMERS If you're not a Telstra customer contact us to get a username and password or register your interest. Email us or call 1800 620 345 (select option 3) - we're available Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM (AEST). ASSIGNING AUTHORISATION TO BUY - 'CLOUD AUTHORISED PURCHASER' STEP 1 - IDENTIFY YOUR TELSTRA AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE Your company's Telstra authorised representative is responsible for managing the authority to access the management console. Select 'give someone account access' from the 'account settings' section. STEP 3 - SELECT THE USER Select 'Update Product Access' from the user's details page STEP 4 - ASSIGN CLOUD USER PERMISSIONS Select either: * Cloud Authorised Purchaser - authorisation to purchase Cloud Services * Cloud Administrator ? authorisation to access management portals and manage your cloud solution on behalf of your company. Register for online access Or contact your Telstra representative on 1300 835 787 for additional support. NEW CUSTOMERS TO TELSTRA Get a Telstra username and password. Ensure you have an active email and mobile number. Register now Once registered your username and password will be limited to purchasing virtual server plans and accessing the management console. Learn more. CLOUD SERVICES You've entered the wrong username, password or business ID. Only a Telstra username, password and business ID can be used to log in. You may not have access for the following reasons: - If you can't remember your password, reset your password now. - If you have a Business ID, enter this along with your username and password to access your account.
