APPROVED BACKGROUND SCREENING COMPANIES FOR ONLINE GAMING KEY EMPLOYEE LICENSES

All key employees must submit to a state and national criminal history records
check as part of the application process.

Below is a list of companies that have been approved by the Connecticut
Department of Consumer Protection to provide background screening services for
employees seeking licensure under Public Act 21-23 and Regulation PR2021-39.
Each company is responsible for informing applicants as to the information
required to conduct the background check and associated costs.

Criminal Background Check Providers: If you are a background screening company
in compliance with the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act and accredited by the
Professional Background Screening Association and would like to be added to the
