By knowing where you stand with your partner goals, you can quickly climb the partner levels. > When you qualify for the next partner level, it will update automatically the > very next day. Let’s breakdown the helpful features helping you track your partner goals: * Partner commission information * Types of partner commission * Commission Qualification Period * Qualification criteria * Notifications * When do partner levels change? > The partner commission information panel is located in your Personal Area. PARTNER COMMISSION INFORMATION The panel displays not only your current partner level but the next and final partner levels available to you. Clicking on the partner level will display the partner reward structure for the various account types. You can also switch to a different partner level to check the qualification criteria. TYPES OF PARTNER COMMISSION This section lists out the different partner reward programs we offer along with the percentage of reward provided. The information found here is easy to understand and is an alternative way to check regarding partner reward structure details. Clicking “Check instrument group” provides a table of the exact rewards given based on the exact instrument if your client’s trading account reward type is fixed commission per lot (Zero and Raw Spread accounts). The table not only showcases the reward amounts for the current partner level but also displays the potential reward you could receive when you upgrade to the next partner level. We have also included a Commission calculator on this reward table page which lets you calculate the exact reward to be expected based on the account type (Zero or Raw Spread), instrument, and trading volume. COMMISSION QUALIFICATION PERIOD This area displays a timeframe covering the last 3 calendar months, which is a floating time period with qualification checks occurring at the end of each month. “Days left” show the exact amount of days until your next qualification check. QUALIFICATION CRITERIA Highlighting both Trading Volume and Active Clients, these progress bars track toward your next partner level. You can click them to be redirected to the reward history report. As you reach these goals measured against the commission qualification period, you will be promoted to the next partner level. NOTIFICATIONS If you qualify to be IB but have not completed your KYC (complete profile verification), a notification will be displayed in the PA prompting you to complete verification in order to be promoted. Upon completing verification, a regional Key Account Manager will be in touch with you to advise on the next steps. WHEN DO PARTNER LEVELS CHANGE? Whenever you qualify for the next partner level, it will automatically update the very next day. If goals not being met results in a downgrade, it will only occur on the first day of the following month.
