Business with over 20 years of experience in the trade and serving the greater
San Francisco Bay Area. Construction has been a three-generation family

continues with an unstoppable Son and Father duo. Their expertise is in the

Spaulding Concrete is centrally located near historic Walnut Creek, near the
important landmarks of Heather Farm Park and Sugarloaf Open Space. Walnut Creek
is a town in Contra Costa County, California, USA, located in San Francisco Bay
Area’s East Bay region, about 16 miles east of Oakland City. With an estimated
total population of 69,122, Walnut Creek serves as a center for its neighboring
towns due to its location at the intersection of the Sacramento and San
Jose(I-680) and San Francisco / Oakland (SR-24) highways and its accessibility
by BART. Its active neighborhood in the city center features hundred-year-old
buildings and extensive high-end retail, restaurant and entertainment venues.
There are three bands of Bay Miwok Indians associated with early Walnut Creek:
the Saclan, whose territory extended across the hills east of present-day
Oakland, Rossmoor, Lafayette, Moraga and Walnut Creek; the Volvon (also spelled
Bolbon, Wolwon and Zuicun) near Mt. Diablo; and the Tactan located on the San
Ramon Creek in Danville and Walnut Creek. This makes Spaulding Concrete (based
