an updated, yet clearly recognizable Engel & Völkers logo and aesthetic patterns
carried throughout its suite of digital-first assets and marketing materials
from shop designs, print materials, social media templates, and signage, down to
letterhead and business cards. “This brand refinement does not change who we are
but enables us to be more of who we are. As we continually strive to elevate our
positioning as a leader in luxury real estate, this is simply an evolution of
the Engel & Völkers brand, built on the pillars of competence, exclusivity, and
passion, with an eye toward our future growth and development.” Anthony Hitt,

DEEP DIVE IN OCEAN CLUB ESTATES

All the Ocean Club Estates‘ home lots on Paradise Island are on the beachfront,
canal, harbour, or waterfront. Four stylish buildings contain 88 luxury
condominiums with views overlooking the marina and harbour to the south and the
golf course and ocean to the north. Beachfront Homes in Ocean Club Estates. Why
is Ocean Club Estates such an attractive destination for Bahamas property
investors? Silvina says, “The Ocean Club Estates residential community was
developed alongside the world-renowned Atlantis Paradise Island Resort and the
One&Only Ocean Club and is one of the most elite luxury developments in the
Bahamas.” Ocean Club Estates has 125 home sites with homes ranging from 20,000
to 100,000 square feet and is currently listed from $2.8mil to $39.5mil. It is
currently 86% built out. Looking at the last three years, most houses fetched
$11million-$16million and were between 28,000 and 30,00 square feet. Lots
actively for sale range from $1.9 to $9million for a triple lot. Those sold in
the last three years average around $4.5million. Silvina Andrews says, “Based on
data averages, the most in-demand Ocean Club Estates property is an 8,200 square
feet Modern-style home with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms and is for sale,
just under $7million. “Houses with harbour or sea views, a private marina and
dock, and panoramic views are favoured.” Beachfront Homes Homes on the beach are
considered prime real estate with direct access to Ocean Club Estates’ most
coveted location: white, powdery sand and incredible turquoise water. Also,
there are wonderful views of neighboring islands. Canal and Harbourfront Homes
Approximately one-third of the properties are situated on the canal. The price
of a property on the canal varies according to the linear footage on the
waterfront. Residents in these areas love the views of Nassau Harbour with its
daily boat activity and the beautiful twilight and night lights of New
Providence. Golf Course Homes A golfer’s ultimate dream is to have a course in
their backyard. These homes provide views of the beautifully maintained course
and lakes as well as partial ocean views. Taking account of amazing amenities
including a private marina, golf course, private beach, and beach club, tennis

design and maintenance. Golfers say that some holes have the most beautiful
views they’ve ever seen on a course. The course also boasts of having hosted

Tournament, “ Silvina explains. “For boating enthusiasts, Ocean Club’s marina is
just minutes away from Rose Island and an easy shot to the Exuma Cays.” Famous
hotelier Sir Sol Kerzner, the founder of Atlantis and the One&Only Ocean
Club, purchased the fabulous Paradise Island properties in 1994. Development of
Ocean Club Estates took off at lightning speed. To this day, Ocean Club Estates
residents can enjoy the Atlantis and Ocean Club facilities as their own as a
membership privilege. Ocean Club Estate Listing The exclusive Ocean Club
