QUESTIONS? WE HAVE ANSWERS.

WHAT IS ADOBE ACROBAT?

Acrobat is a productivity and collaboration PDF solution that includes Acrobat
desktop software, Acrobat online tools, the Acrobat Reader mobile app and the
Adobe Scan app — all so you can work securely and efficiently from anywhere, on
any device.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ACROBAT STANDARD AND ACROBAT PRO?

Acrobat Standard includes basic PDF features, such as:

 * Edit and organise PDFs

 * Convert documents to and from PDF

 * Fill in forms, sign documents  and request e-signatures

 * Password-protect files

Acrobat Pro includes everything in Acrobat Standard, plus advanced PDF features
and e-signature features, such as:

 * Turn scanned documents into editable, searchable PDFs

 * Compare PDFs to review differences

 * Redact sensitive information from PDFs

 * Brand your agreements by adding a logo and customised URL

 * Create web forms and reusable e-sign templates

 * Collect payments with Braintree where available

 * Receive and track multiple e-signatures by sending in bulk

You can see how Acrobat Standard or Acrobat Pro compare to other Acrobat
offerings.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY ACROBAT SUBSCRIPTION?

Your subscription to Acrobat includes desktop software, online access and mobile
apps, letting you effortlessly sync files across computers and devices.

 * Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard desktop software: Use Acrobat tools on your
desktop, including advanced convert, edit and protect features. You can also
integrate Acrobat with other productivity tools or work off-line.

 * Acrobat online: Use PDF and e-signature tools in any web browser. Our
prebuilt integrations for Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive and more make it
easy to store and share files online. You can even send documents for
e-signature and track responses in real time.

 * Acrobat Reader mobile app: This free app — trusted by hundreds of millions —
is packed with all the latest tools you need to keep projects moving wherever
   you are.

 * Adobe Scan mobile app: Use this free app to scan documents into PDFs and
   automatically recognise text for editing.

HOW DOES A SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

When you subscribe to Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard, you pay a monthly or
annual fee based on the plan you choose. Regular updates will ensure your
product is the current release of Acrobat. You will not need to upgrade your
product as long as you keep your subscription current.

IS THERE A NON-SUBSCRIPTION VERSION OF ACROBAT AVAILABLE?

Yes. Acrobat 2020 desktop software is available as a one-time purchase. It does
not include quarterly Acrobat feature enhancements or access to premium Adobe
Document Cloud services via your web browser and mobile devices.

DOES ADOBE HAVE TOOLS TO HELP IT DEPARTMENTS WITH ENTERPRISE DEPLOYMENTS?

Yes. Many Acrobat tools and utilities are available to streamline enterprise
deployments and help control IT costs. To learn more, visit the IT resources
page.

WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS TO RUN ACROBAT?

See the Acrobat technical specifications page for information.

IN WHAT LANGUAGES IS ACROBAT AVAILABLE? WHAT LANGUAGES CAN I CHOOSE FROM?

See the Acrobat technical specifications page for information.

IS ADOBE DOCUMENT CLOUD SECURE?

Yes. At Adobe, the security of your digital experiences is our priority. Whether
related to identity management, data confidentiality or document integrity,
Adobe employs industry-standard security practices to protect your documents,
data and personal information. For additional information about our security
practices, the Adobe Secure Product Lifecycle or Adobe Document Cloud solution
security, see www.adobe.com/security.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM SUBSCRIPTIONS?

An individual subscription is a single licence meant for use by one user. A team
subscription allows an organisation to purchase more than one license and manage
those licences among users in an admin console.

MY COMPANY IS INTERESTED IN PURCHASING ACROBAT IN VOLUME. HOW DO I GET STARTED?

If you have a business and need to manage just a few licences among users, the
Acrobat team subscription might be a good option and can be purchased directly.
For larger businesses and enterprises that have more complex deployment and
administrative needs, see our volume licensing options. Request a contact from
Adobe Enterprise sales or contact an Adobe Authorized Reseller.

GENERAL INFORMATION

 * You are in control of your data.

You can control how Adobe websites use cookies and similar technologies by
making choices below. But note that if you disable cookies and similar
technologies entirely, Adobe websites may not function properly.

 * What are cookies and why does Adobe use them?

Cookies are small text files stored by your web browser when you use
websites. There are also other technologies that can be used for similar
purposes like HTML5 Local Storage and local shared objects, web beacons, and
embedded scripts. These technologies help us do things like remembering you
and your preferences when you return to our sites, measure how you use the
website, conduct market research, and gather information about the ads you
   see and interact with.

 * How do I make choices?

You can make choices in the menu below about what cookies and other
technologies you want us to use on Adobe sites when you visit them from this
browser. You can always change those choices later by clicking on the Cookie
Preferences link at the bottom of the page.

IF ENABLED:

 * We can improve your experience by tailoring the site and the content to
things we think might be of interest
 * We can better keep track of your preferences — like what language you prefer
   to use
 * We will better understand your likely interests so we can provide you more
relevant Adobe ads and content on non-Adobe websites and in non-Adobe apps
 * It will help us improve the performance of our website and those of our
partners who use the Adobe Experience Cloud

IF DISABLED:

 * We won’t be able to remember you from session to session so the experience
may not be tailored to your interests
 * You’ll still have access to the content of the site but certain features that
depend on cookies may not function
 * You’ll still see ads, they just may not be as relevant to you
