RETAIL PATTIES

Going beyond recipes, experience Fuel Shack in a way like never before - at
home! Bite into the robust flavour of Fuel Shack’s meaty patties to enjoy this
insanely juicy patty. Be warned, limit yourself to two patties per burger unless
you have a super strong jaw.


CLICK FOR COOKING AND BURGER MAKING INSTRUCTIONS

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Thaw pattie for 30mins at room temperature prior to cooking.

2. Heat cooking pan to 180°C.

3. Place pattie in pan for 3mins.

4. Flip pattie and cook for another 3 mins.

5. Remove from pan and enjoy while it’s hot.

BURGER MAKING PROCESS:

1. Spread thin layer of butter on the heel and crown of the burger. heat the bun
on the pan for 30sec.

2. Spread mayonnaise on both the corwn and the heel of the bun.

Approx. 12,5g each side.

3. Place chopped yellow onion on the heel of the bun.

4. Place 2 slices of pickle on top of the yellow onion.

5. For Chicken burger: place a slice of pineapple on top of pickles.

6. Place the patty next.

7. Place a slice of cheese on top of the patty.

8. Place a slice of lettuce on top of the cheese, followed by a slice of tomato.

9. Cover it with the crown of the bun and enjoy while it’s still hot.

Halal is our top priority. JAKIM's Halal logo is displayed on all of our
supplies certifying that everything we use in our store is certified Halal. All
our stores are supplied by only one single internal sister Company - Shalimar
Procurement Sdn Bhd. This company produces all our meat patties and is Halal
certified. The certificate is available for download below.

Most importantly our meats including the beef and lamb imported from Australia
are certified Halal and recognized by JAKIM. For the purpose of the importation,
JAKIM and Department of Veterinary Services Malaysia (DVS) conduct regular
audits at the abattoirs and processing plants in Australia. Fuel Shack only
imports meat from recognized plants in Australia that comply strictly with all
the requirements of JAKIM Malaysia.
