ROX TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the ROX application (“ROX”). ROX (Real Online Experience) is a
digital lifestyle brand for digital-savvy, high-end users who love to stream and
surf online. ROX serves as a single point of service for both your telco and
non-telco needs.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using ROX. By
using ROX you agree to these Terms. These Terms govern your access to and use of
ROX services and any information sent, received, stored, or otherwise appearing
on the ROX application. The information such as basic details of the customer
including, the name, gender, city, date of birth, CNIC details and address
collected by PMCL is related to the use of ROX specifically and is controlled by
PMCL.

These terms and conditions are subject to the privacy policy and general terms
and conditions found at https://www.rox.com.pk/


1. ELIGIBILITY:

1.1 Once ROX has been downloaded, the Customer can only avail of ROX services by
subscribing to any one of the Vibe Bundle Packages (“Vibe Packages”).


2. VIBE PACKAGES:

2.1 Details of the Vibe Packages can be found on our official website at
https://www.rox.com.pk/

2.2 The Vibe Packages are non-recursive, and Customers will have to re-subscribe
upon the respective expiry of the subscribed Vibe Package.

2.3 Customers can only subscribe to a Vibe Package via ROX.

2.3 The term of a Vibe Package is 30 (thirty) days, from the date of
subscription. Vibe Packages are activated from the time of subscription until
midnight of the day on which they expire.

2.4 Whenever a customer subscribes to a Vibe Package, they earn loyalty points
called Rox Bucks (“Rox Bucks”).

2.5 ROX Bucks vary according to the Vibe Package subscribed and can be redeemed
for more exciting Vibe Package and Booster (as defined herein below) options.

2.6 If no Vibe Package is subscribed within 30 days, unused incentives (mins,
data, SMS) will not be carried forward.

2.7 No PAYG (Pay as you go) either voice or data will be allowed. The customer
needs to be subscribed to a Vibe Package to perform a call or an activity.

2.8 For IDD calling, the International Talking Pass needs to be subscribed to
via service section of the App


3. BOOSTER:

3.1 A Booster is an add-on that can be used while a Vibe Package is still active
( and hasn’t expired, to avail additional data, minutes, and SMS (“Booster”).

3.2 The Booster remains active so long as the subscribed Vibe Package remains
active. Once the Vibe Package expires, the Booster shall automatically expire as
well.

3.3 If a Vibe Package is subscribed again within 30 days of the previous
subscription, the incentives of the Booster will be carried forward as well.

3.4 A Booster can be purchased via recharge, balance, or Buy Now Pay Later
Option (“BNPL”)

3.5 A Booster can be purchased via recharge, balance, or BNPL.

3.6 The BNPL option is only available if any one of the Vibe Packages is
subscribed.

3.7 The BNPL can only be used once. To use it again, the outstanding amount
needs to be cleared.


4. SUBSCRIPTION AND RE-CHARGES:

4.1 Vibe Packages and Booster can only be subscribed via ROX. However, recharge
can be done from all the available mediums via Jazz recharge

4.2 Customers may also subscribe to a Booster via instant recharge from Add
weblink for booster or through BNPL. The due amount will be added to the
Customer’s next purchase.

4.3 The BNPL may only be availed upon a minimum re-charge which is stated on the
website at at https://www.rox.com.pk/


5. DATA USAGE:

5.1 Data MBs can be consumed in 2G/3G/4G network areas

5.2 Actual internet speed will depend on multiple factors like SIM, device, web
pages accessed, time of day, number of simultaneous users, distance from
2G/3G/4G site, etc.


6. BLING



6.1 VOUCHERS AND DISCOUNTS ALSO KNOWN AS BLING WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR THE
ROX CUSTOMERS BY ENTERING THE RESPECTIVE PROMO CODE WHICH THE CUSTOMER SHALL
RECEIVE WITHIN THE APP.

6.2 CUSTOMERS WILL ALSO BE ENTITLED TO PLUS ONE REWARDS, WHICH ARE REFERRAL
REWARDS (“PLUS ONE REWARDS”). PLUS ONE REWARDS ARE EARNED WHEN A CUSTOMER SHARES
A REFERRAL CODE WITH A FRIEND AND THE FRIEND SUBSCRIBES TO A VIBE PACKAGE
THROUGH ROX BY USING THE REFERRAL CODE. THEREAFTER, BOTH THE CUSTOMER AND THE
FRIEND WILL EARN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF CASHBACK AS PER THE COMPANY’S DECISION.

6.3 PLUS ONE REWARD WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE AN ACTIVE VIBE
PACKAGE AND THE FRIEND HAS SUCCESSFULLY SUBSCRIBED TO A VIBE PACKAGE.


RIZZ

7.1 All the existing VAS services (Rizz) that were subscribed by the customer
before they converted to ROX will be unsubscribed (even the ones that are
available in ROX for free). This is specifically done to address the issue of
bill shocks for the customer.

7.2 Various services are being provided for free to the customers. These
services can be enabled via a simple toggle button on the RIZZ section in the
ROX App. Customers can see all the available Rizz in the ROX app.


8. EXISTING JAZZ PRE-PAID USERS

For existing Jazz Pre-paid users opting to come on ROX, the following incentive
rollover will be done:

1. Existing off-net minutes will be converted into All Net minutes.

2. Existing All Net minutes will be converted into All Net minutes

3. Existing Jazz minutes (Hours Limited) will be discarded

4. Social Data MBs (Whatsapp, Facebook, Youtube, IMO, Bip, Snapchat, Instagram,
TikTok, Tamasha` or any other app or platform-related data) will be discarded

5. Generic data MBs will be carried forward as such.

The validity of all the above rolled-over incentives will be equivalent to the
validity of newly subscribed Vibe, i.e 30 Days

     


9. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

9.1 ROX provides access to certain third-party service providers. We do not
endorse any third-party services. Third-party providers of websites and
applications that you access through ROX are accessed at your own risk, and we
have no liability for any issues that may arise from using such third-party
services. If any third-party websites or applications cause any problems or
harm, you should seek redress directly from the third-party provider. We have no
responsibility in such matters and therefore, cannot assist. It is also
important to note that third-party providers of websites or applications that
you access through ROX may have their terms and conditions. It is your
responsibility to read and adhere to such terms and conditions.


10. TERMINATION

10.1 PMCL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our
discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in
inappropriate behavior.


11. CHOICE OF LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 The Terms are governed by and interpreted by the laws of the Islamic
Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from the
terms of or in connection with the Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
Pakistani courts at Islamabad as the legal venue.

11.2 Your use of ROX is subject to all applicable Pakistani laws. By using ROX,
you agree to be bound by the aforesaid.


12. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

12.1 PMCL warrants that it will perform its obligations under these Terms in a
professional manner, by industry standards, and will make reasonable efforts to
keep ROX operational.

However, ROX is provided on an “as is” basis and PMCL makes no warranties,
expressed or implied, concerning the availability, merchantability, fitness for
a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, performance or
quality of ROX or the third-party websites or applications available on ROX. You
acknowledge that ROX may contain errors and that PMCL does not guarantee its
uninterrupted or error-free operation.


13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 We make reasonable efforts to provide a safe and secure platform, but we
are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of ROX.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the ROX services, if
applicable.


14. INDEMNITY

14.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold PMCL harmless from any claims,
liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) that arise from your
misuse of the ROX service in breach of the Terms or applicable laws.

14.2 PMCL reserves the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any
matter subject to indemnification by you. You shall cooperate in good faith with
PMCL in asserting any available defences.


15. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

15.1 PMCL may update or amend the Terms to reflect changes in the ROX service or
the law.

15.2 We will publish any amended terms on our website, and your continued use of
ROX after the publication or notification of changes constitutes acceptance of
the updated Terms. We encourage you to check our website regularly.

17. SEVERABILITY

17.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable,

2. VIBE PACKAGES:

2.1 Details of the Vibe Packages can be found on our official website at
https://www.rox.com.pk/

2.2 The Vibe Packages are non-recursive, and Customers will have to re-subscribe
upon the respective expiry of the subscribed Vibe Package.

2.3 Customers can only subscribe to a Vibe Package via ROX.

2.3 The term of a Vibe Package is 30 (thirty) days, from the date of
subscription. Vibe Packages are activated from the time of subscription until
midnight of the day on which they expire.

2.4 Whenever a customer subscribes to a Vibe Package, they earn loyalty points
called Rox Bucks (“Rox Bucks”).

2.5 ROX Bucks vary according to the Vibe Package subscribed and can be redeemed
for more exciting Vibe Package and Booster (as defined herein below) options.

2.6 If no Vibe Package is subscribed within 30 days, unused incentives (mins,
data, SMS) will not be carried forward.

2.7 No PAYG (Pay as you go) either voice or data will be allowed. The customer
needs to be subscribed to a Vibe Package to perform a call or an activity.

2.8 For IDD calling, the International Talking Pass needs to be subscribed to
via service section of the App


3. BOOSTER:

3.1 A Booster is an add-on that can be used while a Vibe Package is still active
( and hasn’t expired, to avail additional data, minutes, and SMS (“Booster”).

3.2 The Booster remains active so long as the subscribed Vibe Package remains
active. Once the Vibe Package expires, the Booster shall automatically expire as
well.

3.3 If a Vibe Package is subscribed again within 30 days of the previous
subscription, the incentives of the Booster will be carried forward as well.

3.4 A Booster can be purchased via recharge, balance, or Buy Now Pay Later
Option (“BNPL”)

3.5 A Booster can be purchased via recharge, balance, or BNPL.

3.6 The BNPL option is only available if any one of the Vibe Packages is
subscribed.

3.7 The BNPL can only be used once. To use it again, the outstanding amount
needs to be cleared.


4. SUBSCRIPTION AND RE-CHARGES:

4.1 Vibe Packages and Booster can only be subscribed via ROX. However, recharge
can be done from all the available mediums via Jazz recharge

4.2 Customers may also subscribe to a Booster via instant recharge from Add
weblink for booster or through BNPL. The due amount will be added to the
Customer’s next purchase.

4.3 The BNPL may only be availed upon a minimum re-charge which is stated on the
website at at https://www.rox.com.pk/


5. DATA USAGE:

5.1 Data MBs can be consumed in 2G/3G/4G network areas

5.2 Actual internet speed will depend on multiple factors like SIM, device, web
pages accessed, time of day, number of simultaneous users, distance from
2G/3G/4G site, etc.


6. BLING



6.1 VOUCHERS AND DISCOUNTS ALSO KNOWN AS BLING WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR THE
ROX CUSTOMERS BY ENTERING THE RESPECTIVE PROMO CODE WHICH THE CUSTOMER SHALL
RECEIVE WITHIN THE APP.

6.2 CUSTOMERS WILL ALSO BE ENTITLED TO PLUS ONE REWARDS, WHICH ARE REFERRAL
REWARDS (“PLUS ONE REWARDS”). PLUS ONE REWARDS ARE EARNED WHEN A CUSTOMER SHARES
A REFERRAL CODE WITH A FRIEND AND THE FRIEND SUBSCRIBES TO A VIBE PACKAGE
THROUGH ROX BY USING THE REFERRAL CODE. THEREAFTER, BOTH THE CUSTOMER AND THE
FRIEND WILL EARN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF CASHBACK AS PER THE COMPANY’S DECISION.

6.3 PLUS ONE REWARD WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE AN ACTIVE VIBE
PACKAGE AND THE FRIEND HAS SUCCESSFULLY SUBSCRIBED TO A VIBE PACKAGE.


RIZZ

7.1 All the existing VAS services (Rizz) that were subscribed by the customer
before they converted to ROX will be unsubscribed (even the ones that are
available in ROX for free). This is specifically done to address the issue of
bill shocks for the customer.

7.2 Various services are being provided for free to the customers. These
services can be enabled via a simple toggle button on the RIZZ section in the
ROX App. Customers can see all the available Rizz in the ROX app.


8. EXISTING JAZZ PRE-PAID USERS

For existing Jazz Pre-paid users opting to come on ROX, the following incentive
rollover will be done:

1. Existing off-net minutes will be converted into All Net minutes.

2. Existing All Net minutes will be converted into All Net minutes

3. Existing Jazz minutes (Hours Limited) will be discarded

4. Social Data MBs (Whatsapp, Facebook, Youtube, IMO, Bip, Snapchat, Instagram,
TikTok, Tamasha` or any other app or platform-related data) will be discarded

5. Generic data MBs will be carried forward as such.

The validity of all the above rolled-over incentives will be equivalent to the
validity of newly subscribed Vibe, i.e 30 Days

     


9. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

9.1 ROX provides access to certain third-party service providers. We do not
endorse any third-party services. Third-party providers of websites and
applications that you access through ROX are accessed at your own risk, and we
have no liability for any issues that may arise from using such third-party
services. If any third-party websites or applications cause any problems or
harm, you should seek redress directly from the third-party provider. We have no
responsibility in such matters and therefore, cannot assist. It is also
important to note that third-party providers of websites or applications that
you access through ROX may have their terms and conditions. It is your
responsibility to read and adhere to such terms and conditions.


10. TERMINATION

10.1 PMCL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our
discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in
inappropriate behavior.


11. CHOICE OF LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 The Terms are governed by and interpreted by the laws of the Islamic
Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from the
terms of or in connection with the Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
Pakistani courts at Islamabad as the legal venue.

11.2 Your use of ROX is subject to all applicable Pakistani laws. By using ROX,
you agree to be bound by the aforesaid.


12. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

12.1 PMCL warrants that it will perform its obligations under these Terms in a
professional manner, by industry standards, and will make reasonable efforts to
keep ROX operational.

However, ROX is provided on an “as is” basis and PMCL makes no warranties,
expressed or implied, concerning the availability, merchantability, fitness for
a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, performance or
quality of ROX or the third-party websites or applications available on ROX. You
acknowledge that ROX may contain errors and that PMCL does not guarantee its
uninterrupted or error-free operation.


13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 We make reasonable efforts to provide a safe and secure platform, but we
are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of ROX.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the ROX services, if
applicable.


14. INDEMNITY

14.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold PMCL harmless from any claims,
liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) that arise from your
misuse of the ROX service in breach of the Terms or applicable laws.

14.2 PMCL reserves the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any
matter subject to indemnification by you. You shall cooperate in good faith with
PMCL in asserting any available defences.


15. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

15.1 PMCL may update or amend the Terms to reflect changes in the ROX service or
the law.

15.2 We will publish any amended terms on our website, and your continued use of
ROX after the publication or notification of changes constitutes acceptance of
the updated Terms. We encourage you to check our website regularly.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

1.1 Once ROX has been downloaded, the Customer can only avail of ROX services by
subscribing to any one of the Vibe Bundle Packages (“Vibe Packages”).


2. VIBE PACKAGES:

2.1 Details of the Vibe Packages can be found on our official website at
https://www.rox.com.pk/

2.2 The Vibe Packages are non-recursive, and Customers will have to re-subscribe
upon the respective expiry of the subscribed Vibe Package.

2.3 Customers can only subscribe to a Vibe Package via ROX.

2.3 The term of a Vibe Package is 30 (thirty) days, from the date of
subscription. Vibe Packages are activated from the time of subscription until
midnight of the day on which they expire.

2.4 Whenever a customer subscribes to a Vibe Package, they earn loyalty points
called Rox Bucks (“Rox Bucks”).

2.5 ROX Bucks vary according to the Vibe Package subscribed and can be redeemed
for more exciting Vibe Package and Booster (as defined herein below) options.

2.6 If no Vibe Package is subscribed within 30 days, unused incentives (mins,
data, SMS) will not be carried forward.

2.7 No PAYG (Pay as you go) either voice or data will be allowed. The customer
needs to be subscribed to a Vibe Package to perform a call or an activity.

2.8 For IDD calling, the International Talking Pass needs to be subscribed to
via service section of the App


3. BOOSTER:

3.1 A Booster is an add-on that can be used while a Vibe Package is still active
( and hasn’t expired, to avail additional data, minutes, and SMS (“Booster”).

3.2 The Booster remains active so long as the subscribed Vibe Package remains
active. Once the Vibe Package expires, the Booster shall automatically expire as
well.

3.3 If a Vibe Package is subscribed again within 30 days of the previous
subscription, the incentives of the Booster will be carried forward as well.

3.4 A Booster can be purchased via recharge, balance, or Buy Now Pay Later
Option (“BNPL”)

3.5 A Booster can be purchased via recharge, balance, or BNPL.

3.6 The BNPL option is only available if any one of the Vibe Packages is
subscribed.

3.7 The BNPL can only be used once. To use it again, the outstanding amount
needs to be cleared.


4. SUBSCRIPTION AND RE-CHARGES:

4.1 Vibe Packages and Booster can only be subscribed via ROX. However, recharge
can be done from all the available mediums via Jazz recharge

4.2 Customers may also subscribe to a Booster via instant recharge from Add
weblink for booster or through BNPL. The due amount will be added to the
Customer’s next purchase.

4.3 The BNPL may only be availed upon a minimum re-charge which is stated on the
website at at https://www.rox.com.pk/


5. DATA USAGE:

5.1 Data MBs can be consumed in 2G/3G/4G network areas

5.2 Actual internet speed will depend on multiple factors like SIM, device, web
pages accessed, time of day, number of simultaneous users, distance from
2G/3G/4G site, etc.


6. BLING



6.1 VOUCHERS AND DISCOUNTS ALSO KNOWN AS BLING WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR THE
ROX CUSTOMERS BY ENTERING THE RESPECTIVE PROMO CODE WHICH THE CUSTOMER SHALL
RECEIVE WITHIN THE APP.

6.2 CUSTOMERS WILL ALSO BE ENTITLED TO PLUS ONE REWARDS, WHICH ARE REFERRAL
REWARDS (“PLUS ONE REWARDS”). PLUS ONE REWARDS ARE EARNED WHEN A CUSTOMER SHARES
A REFERRAL CODE WITH A FRIEND AND THE FRIEND SUBSCRIBES TO A VIBE PACKAGE
THROUGH ROX BY USING THE REFERRAL CODE. THEREAFTER, BOTH THE CUSTOMER AND THE
FRIEND WILL EARN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF CASHBACK AS PER THE COMPANY’S DECISION.

6.3 PLUS ONE REWARD WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE AN ACTIVE VIBE
PACKAGE AND THE FRIEND HAS SUCCESSFULLY SUBSCRIBED TO A VIBE PACKAGE.


RIZZ

7.1 All the existing VAS services (Rizz) that were subscribed by the customer
before they converted to ROX will be unsubscribed (even the ones that are
available in ROX for free). This is specifically done to address the issue of
bill shocks for the customer.

7.2 Various services are being provided for free to the customers. These
services can be enabled via a simple toggle button on the RIZZ section in the
ROX App. Customers can see all the available Rizz in the ROX app.


8. EXISTING JAZZ PRE-PAID USERS

For existing Jazz Pre-paid users opting to come on ROX, the following incentive
rollover will be done:

1. Existing off-net minutes will be converted into All Net minutes.

2. Existing All Net minutes will be converted into All Net minutes

3. Existing Jazz minutes (Hours Limited) will be discarded

4. Social Data MBs (Whatsapp, Facebook, Youtube, IMO, Bip, Snapchat, Instagram,
TikTok, Tamasha` or any other app or platform-related data) will be discarded

5. Generic data MBs will be carried forward as such.

The validity of all the above rolled-over incentives will be equivalent to the
validity of newly subscribed Vibe, i.e 30 Days

     


9. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

9.1 ROX provides access to certain third-party service providers. We do not
endorse any third-party services. Third-party providers of websites and
applications that you access through ROX are accessed at your own risk, and we
have no liability for any issues that may arise from using such third-party
services. If any third-party websites or applications cause any problems or
harm, you should seek redress directly from the third-party provider. We have no
responsibility in such matters and therefore, cannot assist. It is also
important to note that third-party providers of websites or applications that
you access through ROX may have their terms and conditions. It is your
responsibility to read and adhere to such terms and conditions.


10. TERMINATION

10.1 PMCL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our
discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in
inappropriate behavior.


11. CHOICE OF LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

11.1 The Terms are governed by and interpreted by the laws of the Islamic
Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from the
terms of or in connection with the Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
Pakistani courts at Islamabad as the legal venue.

11.2 Your use of ROX is subject to all applicable Pakistani laws. By using ROX,
you agree to be bound by the aforesaid.


12. WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

12.1 PMCL warrants that it will perform its obligations under these Terms in a
professional manner, by industry standards, and will make reasonable efforts to
keep ROX operational.

However, ROX is provided on an “as is” basis and PMCL makes no warranties,
expressed or implied, concerning the availability, merchantability, fitness for
a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, performance or
quality of ROX or the third-party websites or applications available on ROX. You
acknowledge that ROX may contain errors and that PMCL does not guarantee its
uninterrupted or error-free operation.


13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 We make reasonable efforts to provide a safe and secure platform, but we
are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of ROX.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the ROX services, if
applicable.


14. INDEMNITY

14.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold PMCL harmless from any claims,
liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) that arise from your
misuse of the ROX service in breach of the Terms or applicable laws.

14.2 PMCL reserves the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any
matter subject to indemnification by you. You shall cooperate in good faith with
PMCL in asserting any available defences.


15. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

15.1 PMCL may update or amend the Terms to reflect changes in the ROX service or
the law.

15.2 We will publish any amended terms on our website, and your continued use of
ROX after the publication or notification of changes constitutes acceptance of
the updated Terms. We encourage you to check our website regularly.

   related services from PMCL. SIM always remains the property of PMCL and by
   issuing SIM to the customer, only rights to use are given and no ownership is
   transferred to the customer in any manner, whatsoever. The customer is bound
   to return the SIM to PMCL in case he stops using the service or agreement is
   terminated or he changes the network through MNP.
 * Details of applicable Taxes/charges on usage and recharge in Pakistan and AJK
   are given below:
 * Advance income tax rate is @15% on each recharge.
 * Rate of GST in Federal Territory of Islamabad is 19.5%
 * Rate of sales tax in rest of Pakistan and AJK is 19.5%
 * GB is exempted from taxes.
 * A fair usage policy of up to 5 calls per day is applicable for talking to a
