Nothing’s more important to us than the health and safety of our employees and
guests, and we’ve made the decision to pause public Fulfillment Center tours as
we continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation in communities around the world.
If you’re a member of the press who would like to visit one of our buildings for
your reporting, please reach out to amazon-pr@amazon.com with your request and
we’ll work with you to arrange a visit. We look forward to re-opening the public
program once there’s more clarity on the global health situation, and thank you
for your understanding.


Frequently Asked Questions


What will I see on the tour? 







The tour shows you how products move through our fulfillment centers, focusing
on four main processes: Pick, Pack, SLAM, and Ship. During the tour, you will
meet some of our employees, see robotics and other technology in action, and
learn about Amazon’s efforts in the areas of safety and sustainability.

How long is the tour? 







Virtual Tours are approximately 30 minutes long, including Q&A. In-Person Tours
are 60-90 minutes long, depending on location.

When are tours offered? 







 Days and times vary. Please select your tour type above for a calendar of
upcoming tours.

How much does the tour cost? 







All tours are free of charge.


How do I register for a tour?  







You can register for a tour by clicking the "Register" button within the
“In-Person Tours” or "Live Virtual Tours" boxes above.


Do you offer any private Amazon Tours for groups?






At this time, we are not offering private Amazon Tours, but we always welcome
group registrations up until we reach public tour capacity.

Who should I contact?






Please reach out to amazon-pr@amazon.com with your request and we’ll work with
you to arrange a visit.

What accommodations are offered during the tour for guests with specific
accessibility needs?






Please submit a request via the Amazon Tours Help Center at least 2 weeks in
advance of your desired tour date to discuss your needs and help ensure that we
can accommodate your request. Sign language interpretation (SLI) is available on
request for In-Person Tours as well as live Virtual Tours.
