TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

 * The Buy D$ Promotion (the “Promotion”) is a limited-time offer available from
   2 July 2024 to 31 August 2024 GST (the “Promotional Period”), allowing all
   GHA DISCOVERY Members (the “Eligible GHA DISCOVERY Members”) to purchase
   DISCOVERY Dollars (“D$”).
    
 * “D$” is the rewards currency of the GHA DISCOVERY loyalty programme; they are
   rewards points and not a legal currency in any territory. They do not have
   any intrinsic value. D$ can be used towards the payment of eligible stay
   charges at any GHA DISCOVERY hotel, with each D$ being equivalent to a credit
   of USD 1 against the stay charges. D$ cannot be exchanged for cash.
    
 * Purchased D$ will be awarded to the GHA DISCOVERY membership account provided
   during the transaction process. D$ purchased under this offer are subject to
   a limited expiry term of twenty-four (24) months from the date of issuance.
    
 * The retail price per one (1) D$ in this Promotion depends on the Eligible
   Member’s tier in the GHA DISCOVERY programme. The minimum purchase amount for
   all tiers is D$10. There are maximum transaction limits and annual purchase
   limits per Eligible Member, which are different for each tier. Each Eligible
   Member can submit a maximum of three (3) transactions per day.
    
 * The D$ purchase transaction is hosted on a partner platform, Points.com, with
   transaction and payment processing Terms and Conditions available here. The
   transactions are processed in the US Dollar currency for all members. Any
   currency exchange rate, foreign transaction fee and additional fees are
   determined solely by the payment instrument's issuer and not by Points or
   GHA.
    
 * Once payment is successfully submitted, purchased D$ will be reflected on the
   Member’s GHA DISCOVERY membership account and will be confirmed by email. D$
   purchases cannot be reversed or refunded. 
    
 * Not seeing D$ on your account after two (2) business days from the purchase?
   Please contact the GHA DISCOVERY Customer Care team at
   contact@ghadiscovery.com.
    
 * The GHA DISCOVERY loyalty programme is governed by Terms and Conditions that
   can be found here and a Privacy Policy that can be found here. 
    
 * If you are an NH DISCOVERY member, we remind you that your loyalty programme
   membership falls within the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of
   MINOR HOTELS EUROPE & AMERICAS S.A with CIF: A-28027944, address at Calle
   Santa Engracia n.º 120, 28003 Madrid, Spain, and Data Protection Officer
   (DPO), which you can contact through the following email: dpo@nh-hotels.com.
   The purchase details will be communicated to MINOR HOTELS EUROPE & AMERICAS
   S.A so that it can complete the transaction accordingly. 
    
 * Global Hotel Alliance may modify or withdraw this Promotion at any time in
   its sole discretion and has the right to decline this Promotion in case of
   any breach of its Terms and Conditions or the GHA DISCOVERY Programme Rules.
   The Promotion cannot be transferred or exchanged for other forms of
   compensation and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless
   explicitly stated.
