WELCOME TO THE OFFICE OF INTERDISCIPLINARY CONTINUING EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL
DEVELOPMENT


MISSION

The mission of the University of Idaho WWAMI Office of Interdisciplinary
Continuing Education & Professional Development is to facilitate quality CE
programming for healthcare professionals to promote best practices.

We will collaborate with local, regional, and national partners to support
learners’ understanding and application of scientific knowledge, evidence-based
medicine, interdisciplinary team collaboration, ethics, quality improvement, and
systems-based practice.

The University of Idaho WWAMI Office of Interdisciplinary Continuing Education &
Professional Development will achieve its mission through the following four
goals:

TRANSFORM: Provide opportunities that inspire participation and practice change

ENGAGE: Provide opportunities that improve lives

INNOVATE: Accredit opportunities that support scholarly and creative works with
meaningful impact

CULTIVATE: Support the development of a statewide learning community


VISION

The University of Idaho WWAMI Office of Interdisciplinary Continuing Education &
Professional Development will be the premier sponsor of accredited continuing
education for health care teams in Idaho.
