BS 10008

LEGAL ADMISSIBILITY OF ELECTRONIC INFORMATION

BS10008 is the British Standard which outlines best practice for migrating paper
records into digital files, and the transfer of electronic information between
systems. Authenticating electronic information to assure legal admissibility,
choosing a scanning provider who complies with BS10008 such as Storetec is
essential. 


BS EN15713

SECURE DESTRUCTION OF CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL

At Storetec, all paper documents are shredded in accordance with British
Standard EN15713 which sets out necessary measures to ensure confidential data
is securely destroyed.


GDPR

Storetec have extensive knowledge of regulations governing data protection such
as the GDPR 2018. Our compliance team are available to advise you on how data

THE LAW SOCIETY
