JOB DESCRIPTION

The Charleston office of Moore & Van Allen is seeking an attorney for its
litigation practice.

Moore & Van Allen understands that every dispute is important to its clients,
whether it is a “bet the company” case or one that may have little financial
impact but otherwise validates the client’s principles. We represent a variety
of business clients, from large corporations to start-ups, and across many
industries. Our lawyers take pride in their willingness and ability to take any
dispute to trial or arbitration and to give reliable advice about whether the
client should seek an alternative resolution to any dispute.

The ideal candidate would have a JD and at least four years of active litigation
experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stellar
academic credential are also required. Responsibilities will include immediate
and significant client interaction and case management. Competitive compensation
