I have to admit that the first few uses were very painful, but it was more than
worth it to persevere!!! We wouldn't want to be without the mat and have already
been able to eliminate many complaints after just one month. If your back has
been under a lot of strain during the day and you can hardly move, just lie down
on the mat in the evening and wake up in the morning feeling really fit. The
foot reflex zones are also super activated and results are not long in coming.
We can absolutely recommend the mat to everyone.

Pure relaxation with addictive potential

I've been using the Shakti mat for about two weeks now and was full of
enthusiasm after the third time at the latest. I usually use it after a meal for
a little rest. I also use my in-ear headphones with relaxation music. In
addition to the effect of the tips, which soon relieved the unpleasant, painful
tension in my back, they also give me a pleasant sense of calm. After 20
minutes, I feel fresh and refreshed. The first time I put on a thin shirt, but
soon left it off. It stung a lot at first, but you get used to it very quickly
and hardly feel the stings, or no longer find them unpleasant. I now look
forward to my "spiky break" every day

Perfect complement
Shakti acupressure pillow
I wanted the cushion to complement the ShaktiMat and what can I say.... It is
the perfect addition and helps me to lie down correctly on the mat and relax

minutes you could go on forever. What's fascinating is that I can really relax
completely and switch off mentally. It does me a world of good! I would also
recommend the neck roll, it is more effective than the rolled mat. The products

I've been using my green mat every day for about 20-25 minutes since I got it.
I'm now bare-chested, but still on the sofa. The body gets used to it. I've even
fallen asleep on it a few times. I feel deeply relaxed afterwards and have no
tension. I also feel that I sleep more deeply at night than before. I might also
buy the pillow. It was a good investment!

Our Shaktimat warms and invigorates by stimulating the circulation. The tips
were helpful for getting started (1st time with a shirt, for example). Extremely
comfortable on the back. It still takes some getting used to on the feet.

Amazingly relaxing

It's actually true; the initial pain subsides. I usually listen to Yoga Nidra
and stay on the Shaktimat for 15 to 20 minutes. It's amazing: I nod off almost
every time, it's so relaxing.
